Chapter 407: Sheila
"Mmm, I leave this bastard to you then." Camlia flicked her finger, sending Grendal's soul down into the path to hell.
"Trying to run!? I don't think so!" Mel's voice could be heard yelling as the path closed.
Dusting her hands off, Camlia turned back around and smiled at Kana. "So Kana, I am glad you summoned me. I have been missing the little darlings. So as their godmother, I will be sticking around for a while."
Kana scratched her as she blushed slightly as she said: "Big Sister, my place is a bit small, and all the current rooms are occupied. I can have Creige build another room, but it might take a few days."
"You have houses around you, right?" Camlia asked.
"Mmm.. on both sides and back as well." It took a second for Kana to understand why Camlia was asking such a thing. "You don't plan to..."
"MMm, I will lay claim to those houses surrounding your house. That way, we can expand your place to make it bigger." Camlia then turned to the old man she had ignored all this time and asked: "No problem, right?"
"No problem at all, Queen Camlia. I will send people right away to handle it. There is no need for you to have to do anything." The old man replied. The courteous way he spoke to Camlia stunned the other high gods. They all knew this man was one of the rare god kings of the realm of gods. And what's more, was this man was a human. Normally humans and beastkin did not get along at all! So for this old man to be bowing and respectfully talking to this person who was just summoned meant that she was no ordinary person. And that was when it struck them like lightning. They had not thought much about it because of what was going on but at the start, this man called the little girl in front of them the queen of hell.
There was only one person in all of hell who could be called queen, and she resided on the eighteenth level. The high gods all took in a breath of cold air and quickly lowered their eyes. All except Hoollon, who was on friendly terms with Kana. "Umm… God King Weiqin, You do not have jurisdiction here to do as you said, but I do. So I will take care of this matter."
"Hmmm?" The old man turned to look at Hoollon. This one glance was enough to cause Hoollon's entire being to quake as he fell into a kneeling position.
"Cut it out!" Kana's voice rang through the air. Hoollon could be considered one of her friends, and no one was allowed to bully him.
The old man still seemed to have no intentions of listening to Kana since he only cared about appeasing the strong. But it seemed he made a major mistake. Before he could react, he felt a large claw latch onto his head and begin squeezing his skull. "I think I said to cut it out, didn't I? Why is there always one person who doesn't seem to understand the situation, or do you wish to lose all those years you took to reach your current level? Because I do not mind using you to make myself stronger."
The old man began sweating. He was so caught up with Camlia being here that he forgot this other little girl was the goddess of death. "I made a mistake. I apologize." The old man replied.
"Hehe, old man, you really shouldn't cause trouble for my little sister. As she is nice and won't act right away, I am a bit different. I do not mind wiping out the humans from the realm of gods just to make sure my little sister is able to live peacefully while she is here." Camlia said with a sweet smile on her face as if the act of genocide is nothing to her, which she has already proven to be so.
"Big Sister, it is fine. He apologized." Kana let go of the old man's head. She reverted back to her normal form as she walked over to check on Hoollon. "You okay?"
"Yes… Thank you, Miss Kana." Hoollon really felt like he was about to be crushed.
"What is going on here? Weiqin, why are you in my territory?" A middle aged looking woman asked as she appeared out of thin air. She was not a beastkin but an insectoid.
"Sheila..." The old man's face became gloomy. Of all the people he hated dealing with, this woman had to appear.
"Hmmm? Old man, I told you before I will never date you, so you can leave now." Sheila said as she walked over and kicked the old man. "Shoo! Shoo! You are stinking up the air in my territory."
The old man stood up and bowed towards Camlia and bid her farewell before disappearing. Only then did Sheila turn her attention to Camlia and Kana. "You have my thanks for helping with the situation. I was stuck in the middle of a battle in the far north when I sensed something was wrong, so I couldn't return quickly. Queen Camlia, it is good to finally meet you. You as well, Miss Kana, the Goddess of Death."
"Yeah, yeah, hi to you too. Now is someone going to get me what I requested so I can visit my goddaughters, or do I need to clear out a city or two and make up my own property lines
?" Camlia could care less about these people. She only saw them as nuisances who were trying to keep her from seeing her goddaughters.
"Hmm? You wanted some properties? Easy enough, just ask away, and I will make it happen. Just tell me where and I will give them to you and hire people to construct whatever you want." Sheila would do anything she could to make sure Camlia was comfortable.
"Then give me the two properties that are to the left and right of my little sister's home. The property right behind her home and the two to the left and right of that as well. As for the house design ask my little sister, she can build whatever she wants."
