Ravi had a lot of trump cards up his sleeve now that he had a god of chaos as his master and he'd
joined the darkness race.
They had done a great deal for him. He had cultivated a variety of brilliant secret skills and now
possessed many high-level magic treasures.
He was in the heat of battle, and nine black shields flew out of his body.
Each one released powerful dark energy and had a strong defensive ability.
The nine shields managed to block off some of Austin's and the chaotic sky-devouring beast's attacks.
In addition to the shields were also some other magic treasures rushing out of Ravi's body, one after
the other in a vigorous stream.
They were then activated, surrounding his body and guarding him.
Most of these treasures were from the darkness race.
Even the ordinary governing gods of their race did not all possess them; only the most highly esteemed
members could have so many of such a high level.
They no doubt treated Ravi very well.
Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast looked at the magic treasures floating around him and felt a
little headache coming on.
"Hahaha...
I told you, Austin. It's not going to be easy for you to kill me!"
Ravi burst into a hearty laughter. He was feeling very cocky and confident that he had them in a pinch.
'Seems like my best option to take him down would be to use the world of mind power, '
Austin thought to himself.
He made his decision and continuously activated his world of mind power, attacking Ravi's body and
spiritual soul wildly. At the same time, he continued the barrage with other kinds of energy as an
auxiliary strike.
Austin also used the law of reincarnation, the law of time and brilliant arrays to restrain Ravi and keep
him pinned in one spot.
The chaotic sky-devouring beast was attacking as well, targeting the magic treasures around Ravi.
Gradually, the mind power attack began doing work and Ravi's spiritual soul began taking damage. He
was getting injured.
"How dare you hurt my disciple? I won't let you get away with that!"
growled Ravi's master from afar.
He had been trying to get over but the infinity beast had been holding him back.
Ravi's master was not as powerful as the infinity beast in the first place, so he was never going to get
far.
The infinity beast was doing all he could to stop Ravi's master and so he had no chance of helping his
disciple.
Ravi was taking serious damage now, under the horrifying pressure of the attacks of the world of mind
power. He was severely injured, unable to fight back any longer. He was forced into a panicked retreat.
"Damn it!
Austin, you can't kill me!"
Ravi retreated further and further back, his body and spiritual soul both badly injured and his aura
weakening fast. A heavy dread began falling over him.
"You will die today!"
Austin scowled and pushed his world of mind power with all his strength, keeping up his relentless
assault.
Ravi was desperate to escape but he could not find an opening.
Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast had already cut his retreat off on both sides. He had
nowhere to go.
Time went on and his injuries only worsened.
His aura continued getting weaker and weaker.
All the while, his physical body was suffering one explosion after the other under Austin's and the
chaotic sky-devouring beast's joint attacks.
Ravi was beginning to lose hope.
He knew that if this battle went on like this, he was likely to die here.
"Austin, there is no need for us to fight to the death.
Why don't we make peace?
I was wrong in the past. I should not have gone against you.
I promise not to offend or cross you ever again,"
Ravi pleaded, his toughness gone and his voice now sniveling and pathetic.
"Hahaha...
You shameless little bastard! Now you're scared?
Well, it's too late."
The chaotic sky-devouring beast could not help but feel a flutter of joy when he heard Ravi pleading for
mercy.
"This is it for you,"
Austin said coldly.
Ravi had already submitted and thrown himself into the darkness race's lap. To make it worse, he had
been working for them to eliminate the successors of the reincarnation race in particular. There was no
way Austin was going to let him off that easy.
After a while, Ravi was shocked to find that his body could no longer be reconstructed. All the life
energy in his physical body had been exhausted.
All he had left was his spiritual soul.
In his spiritual soul form, resisting Austin's mind power attacks was made absolutely impossible.
"Austin!
Please let me go! If for nothing else, for the fact that I was once a successor of the reincarnation race,
just as you are!
Don't kill me, please! I don't want to die!"
Ravi shouted at the top of his lungs, begging for mercy. He finally realized what fear felt like now that
he could smell his death coming for him.
However, Austin was having none of it.
Without his physical body, Ravi would not last much longer against them.
"Austin!
I know I was wrong!
Please let me go. I will cut my ties with the darkness race and return to the reincarnation race as a loyal
member.
Austin, please give me a chance. I really don't want to die!
I have still so much ahead of me!"
Ravi cried out as he began breaking down.
"Go to hell!"
Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast launched their final attacks together, completely obliterating
Ravi's soul. He was dead, once and for all.
"You killed my disciple!
You deserve to die ten thousand deaths for that! You will pay!
You won't get away with this! I won't let you!
You two weaklings!"
Ravi's master roared, boiling over with fury.
Watching his disciple being killed right in front of his eyes was insulting to a degree he had never
experienced before.
"Hahaha...
Simms, you son of a bitch! You've been colluding with the darkness race all this time. You've disgusted
me for as long as I can remember.
I suspect that even back during the war between the darkness race and the reincarnation race, you
helped them attack the road of reincarnation.
It's only a matter of time now. Your disciple is dead, and it's your turn next."
The infinity beast burst into a maniacal laughter.
It turned out Ravi's master's name was Simms.
He was a somewhat famous god of chaos that the infinity beast had known before.
"Really?
Has he ever attacked the road of reincarnation?"
Austin asked, staring intensely at Simms.
He might have been a god of chaos, but this would not be the first time Austin had dealt with one. He
wasn't afraid to confront him.
"Yes, he's right. Back then I did help the darkness race launch their attack on the road of reincarnation.
I killed a lot of people of the reincarnation race in that war. What do you think you could do to me,
brat?"
Simms barked.
"Just wait and see, you old bastard. I'll kill you myself!"
Austin said through gritted teeth, doing his best not to lose his temper just yet.
"Hahaha...
You dare run your mouth like that you weakling?
I'll annihilate you with a single blow and not even bat an eyelid about it,"
Simms sneered.
