Austin stood still with a defiant sneer as he faced Sewell's incoming blow.
Sewell was but an ordinary governing god.
He posed no threat to Austin, who had easily defeated dozens of governing gods at Sewell's level in
the past. And Austin had grown much stronger since then.
Sewell was not even qualified to be seen as his opponent.
Austin extended his hand to hit the nine-story pagoda, and as he did, his palm grew bigger as it
approached its target.
Such terrifying law of reincarnation was released from his palm that Sewell's pagoda was rendered
motionless.
With the large hand, Austin then grabbed the pagoda.
"This can't be happening!"
Sewell shouted as he shook his head in disbelief.
Austin had single-handedly taken away his magic treasure.
"What other tricks do you have up your sleeve?
Let me see them all,"
Austin challenged nonchalantly.
His words fueled Sewell's anger.
With a wave of his hand, Sewell summoned a dozen magic treasures at the divine level. He activated
them all at once and aimed them at Austin.
"That's the best you got?" Austin remarked with a smirk.
He unleashed the law of blade and gave it a swing.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
All of Sewell's divine treasures were thrown into the air and rendered useless.
"How..."
Sewell stammered, startled.
He stepped back to distance himself from Austin.
In a swift motion, Austin stretched out his hand in a bid to grab Sewell.
"Leave me alone!" Sewell shouted, frightened and furious.
He opened his mouth wide,
and five magic beads flew out into the open.
They grew bigger, and continued to grow till they reached their original size.
Sewell had just spit out five real stars! He had refined them so that he could use them as magic
treasures, but he had never thought that he would land in a situation where he would have to use all
five together.
Anyone else would have been terrified, but Austin didn't even flinch.
He simply waved his hand casually,
and the stars exploded, creating shockwaves throughout the space.
The gigantic stars turned into dust and dispersed with the wind.
Sewell watched dumbstruck, with his mouth still open in shock. Austin turned back to him.
"Stay back!" Sewell yelled, his face turning pale in towering fear.
He finally realized that he was no match for the young man before his eyes.
He turned away and started to run.
However, a powerful law of reincarnation descended from the sky and filled the space around him.
Sewell froze to his spot; he could not move an inch.
Then, a huge hand appeared over his head and grabbed him by the collar of his robes.
"No! Let me go!"
Sewell bellowed in terror.
Austin sealed his energy and teleported him to one of the human worlds in his body.
Once that was over, Austin turned to his companions.
"Let's go inside now," he said. He gestured for them to follow him as he walked into the headquarters of
the Reincarnation Palace.
The headquarters was guarded by a horde of people from the Flying Immortal Palace.
When they tried to stop the group, Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast sent them flying.
After the monster-duo was done,
there was no one from the Flying Immortal Palace left in the headquarters of the Reincarnation Palace.
"Send word to your people. Tell them it's safe to return now,"
Austin said to Peggy.
"Mr. Lin, the Flying Immortal Palace will soon send an army to attack us.
They will not let this end like this,"
Peggy warned.
"Don't worry. I'm here. Even if the troops from the Flying Immortal Palace come, I'll protect you,"
he reassured her.
"You have nothing to worry about.
Even if all the masters in this space sea come after you, you will be fine. The army of the one mere
Flying Immortal Palace can't do anything to these two young men.
With them having your back, no one can hurt you or your companions.
Rest assured,"
Armstrong said to the girl with a smile.
He had abundant confidence in Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast's strength.
After all, the duo had been invincible in his space sea and all the masters had to bow to them.
"Okay, if you say so.
I will contact the people of our sect and ask them to come back,"
Peggy replied after a moment of hesitation.
"There is strength in numbers. The more people we have on our side, the higher the odds are to fight
off the enemy,"
she added.
She, along with a dozen other girls of the Reincarnation Palace, began to reach out to their people
through all kinds of channels. They explained the whole situation to them and asked them to return to
the Reincarnation Palace.
After she was done, Peggy showed Austin and the chaotic sky-devouring beast around the palace.
The headquarters of the Reincarnation Palace was filled with the law of reincarnation;
the sensation was very familiar to Austin.
"Where is your leader at this moment?"
he asked Peggy.
She hesitated. "I don't know.
When the people of the Flying Immortal Palace assaulted us, our leader fought them in person to hold
them off. She ordered us to split up and escape.
When I escaped from the headquarters, she was still engaged in battle.
I sent a message to her through the Contact Jade Slip.
But she hasn't replied yet,"
Peggy said, a forlorn expression on her face.
"We'll wait here for her.
I believe your leader will come back as soon as she receives your message,"
Austin said with a reassuring nod.
Meanwhile,
at the headquarters of the Flying Immortal Palace located at the Forever Space Sea.
"How annoying!
Who would dare side with the Reincarnation Palace and fight against us?
Send an army to the Reincarnation Palace and take them out!"
a tall and thin old man shrouded in red flames said in a sullen tone.
He was a major player of the Flying Immortal Palace.
"Yes, sir!"
a middle-aged man dressed in combat clothes promptly and left the hall.
Soon,
a large army set off from the headquarters of the Flying Immortal Palace, marching towards the
Reincarnation Palace.
A creature shrouded in black fog suddenly appeared beside the tall elder.
"Have you found the leader of the Reincarnation Palace?" the mysterious man asked in a hoarse voice.
"Not yet.
But please wait a while longer. I have sent a large number of men to look for her.
They will find her soon,"
the old man said to the mysterious figure respectfully.
"Hurry up and find the leader,"
the creature commanded.
"Yes, sir,"
the elder answered with a bow.
At the same time,
there was a small world hidden in a remote chaotic void of the Forever Space Sea.
This world had been created not too long ago.
Since it was surrounded by a myriad of arrays,
no one could spot it easily.
There were a large number of creatures hiding in the small world.
The horde was the main force of the Reincarnation Palace.
The leader of the Reincarnation Palace had fought her way out and had led many of her people here.
She then created this small world so that they could hide from the forces of the Flying Immortal Palace.
An old woman walked up to the leader.
"Madam, I received word from Peggy. She said that she was currently with three creatures from the
Absolute Space Sea.
According to her, one of the three is a young man from the human race and apparently, he is incredibly
powerful.
The young man defeated the people of the Flying Immortal Palace in our headquarters and threw them
out.
The man asked her to contact us. They want us to return to the headquarters,"
the old lady reported.
