"This young man is indeed a genius at swordsmanship!"
"His talent is the best of all I've seen over the years."
"He looks to be worth our training!"
The five sword spirits continued to shower praises on Austin.
The Purple Divine Mountain was, by now, surrounded by creatures who had made their way here just
to witness the event.
Deafening roars filled the Purple Divine Mountain as the battle raged. A countless amount of dazzling
sword radiance caused people to cover their eyes against the brilliance.
From the outside, one could see nothing but surging sword auras.
Austin stood high up in the void, bathed in a sea of billions of sword-lights that continued to attack his
body. It didn't look like they were going to stop anytime soon.
Austin then casually walked through the sea of sword-light, as if he was merely taking a walk in his own
back garden.
"Go to hell, you brat!"
Winslow shouted. Two superior elders and dozens of senior leaders of the Purple Sword Sect
accompanied him and attacked Austin together.
These masters were the strongest of the Purple Sword Sect and owned the highest combat power of
the Purple Sword Sect.
They knew they had to employ the most powerful secret sword skills that they had ever learned in their
lives.
Streaks of sharp sword-light tore through the sky and slashed at Austin.
Each sword-light was violent enough to destroy a whole world!
But this attack was a joint effort that all the top cultivators of the Purple Sword Sect had made.
That was why it was painful to see.
Endless whirlpools of sword-light spun in the sky, making it look like hundreds of millions of volcanoes
were erupting at the same time. At first glance, the void seemed to be densely packed with this
destructive sword-light that it outshone the radiance of the sun and the moon.
The spaces exploded one after the other, throwing time into a total mess.
To everyone's shock, however, Austin seemed unaffected.
"This is nice.
It's quite impressive!"
Austin shouted joyfully, far from being afraid.
The five truths of swordsmanship and the world of swordsmanship in his body stirred with excitement at
the violent attack.
In the next moment, however,
all of these attacks fell on Austin.
His body was soon covered in dense cracks. He now looked like a porcelain statue on the brink of
shattering into pieces.
Everyone held their breath, waiting to see what would happen next.
They didn't have to wait long.
The next moment, Austin's physical body suddenly exploded, splitting into more than a dozen bloody
pieces of debris. They went flying in all directions,
his blood splashing all over the sky.
"We broke him! We managed to shatter him into pieces!"
"Ha-ha, I thought he is invincible!
Now he knows how powerful we are!"
The senior leaders of the Purple Sword Sect burst into cheers at Austin's miserable death.
But none of them had ever fought Austin.
The other senior leaders of the Purple Sword Sect who had fought Austin before knew that Austin
would fix himself and recover soon, even if his body had exploded. There was nothing to celebrate.
A whooshing sound from the battlefield attracted everyone's attention.
They watched in disbelief as
all of Austin's pieces of flesh and spattered blood assembled together and reorganized at an
astonishing speed.
Soon, Austin stood before them again, healthy and completely unharmed.
"Yes. You have some excellent skills," he said,
satisfied.
The energy waves from the previous attack had caused Austin to absorb a lot of high-quality sword
auras and sword intents.
"Let's do it again," Austin said.
And before anyone could react, he rushed towards the senior leaders of the Purple Sword Sect.
All of these senior leaders were martial arts masters with high and deep attainments in swordsmanship.
This meant that the qualities of their sword auras and sword intents were the highest.
So, Austin was eager to absorb some of their sword auras and sword intents again.
"Go ahead!
Fight for the honor of our sect!"
"I will fight with all my might for the sake of my sect, even if it costs me my life!"
Austin's attack provoked the people of the Purple Sword Sect, who launched continuous assaults on
Austin.
The battle was bloody and fierce.
One couldn't see what was happening within the battlefield from outside the Purple Divine Mountain.
Only a tiny number of strong cultivators could see it clearly.
At the same time
in the Long Sword World...
The Long Sword World was the headquarters of the Long Sword Sect.
The Long Sword Sect was one of the four most powerful forces in the Sword Cosmos.
The top forces
were horrible monster-like beings in the Sword Cosmos that was
currently ruled by the four major forces.
These four major forces were the Sky Sword Sect, the Xi'men Clan, the Flying Immortal Sword Sect,
and the Long Sword Sect.
Each of these sects ruled a certain area in the Sword Cosmos.
But even with all their dominions combined, they only dominated half of the Sword Cosmos.
The other half had fallen into the hands of people from the Blade Cosmos.
The headquarters of the Long Sword Sect was located in a huge palace, which was
filled with people at the moment.
The Long Sword Sect used this palace as a meeting hall.
It was currently packed
with a large number of senior leaders of the Long Sword Sect,
a few governing gods among them.
"It's so strange. That brat seems to have completely disappeared!
Did he leave the Sword Cosmos and return to the Lower World that he comes from?"
one of the cultivators said, his tone sharp.
This cultivator looked like a child in appearance, but he emitted an aura that belonged to a governing
god.
This was Rollins, one of the top masters of the Long Sword Sect.
"He was able to freely break through the space barrier of the Sword Cosmos. That is amazing! Even
the governing gods in our sect can't do that.
It's so weird!"
another governing god said slowly.
"Humph!
There is nothing weird about it.
If you ask me, it's probably one of Sword Son Curry's tricks.
Don't forget this; he once ruled the Sword Cosmos for a while.
Besides, Master Sword is his master.
But I have to admit that the old guy is really the most powerful cultivator in our Sword Cosmos. No one
can dwarf his skills even today!
It makes sense that that little bastard learned the secret method to pierce through the space barrier
from Master Sword!"
Rollins said coldly.
"You're right.
I think so too.
How could a young boy otherwise pass through the barrier of the Sword Cosmos as freely as he
wishes?"
another master nodded in agreement.
"Anyway,
that guy is too cunning.
He has entered the Sword Cosmos several times, but we have never been able to catch him!
We can't go on like this!"
a governing god complained.
"More importantly, the five old men of the Divine Sword Mountain favor that brat! They helped him
every single time.
If not for them, we would have caught him a long time ago!"
another governing god gritted out.
"He is an important figure.
It is very likely that he is Sword Son Curry's successor.
If we can capture him, it is possible that we can find out where Sword Son Curry is, and we might also
have the chance to find the exact whereabouts of Master Sword and his four other disciples.
This is why we must not relax our search for that little brat, no matter the cost.
We need to put in all our attention and resources into this search!"
the host governing god said sternly as he sat in the middle of the hall.
His body was enveloped in rich laws, which loomed over him from time to time.
This governing god was the leader of the Long Sword Sect,
someone who had the power to subdue everything in the universe.
There was no denying that the entire Sword Cosmos would tremble if he as much as stamped his
feet.
