Nian Xi’s lips curled into a smile; she raised her chin a little. “I left them in the bag. Remember to dry them with the hairdryer. Do the underwear first; you can dry my bra tomorrow morning. I won’t be wearing it when I’m sleeping with you tonight anyway.”
She purposely emphasized the words “sleeping with you.” Flustered and embarrassed, Jiang Yuning grabbed the bag and bolted to the bathroom.
Nian Xi chuckled with amusement as she stared at Jiang Yuning from behind. She enjoyed teasing him like this.
In the bathroom, Jiang Yuning inhaled a big gulp of air before taking the underwear out of the bag. He was puzzled by the curious looking articles he saw: a black lacy bra with thin, almost translucent padding and a matching black lace thong with minimal fabric. It was translucent as well.
When he accompanied Nian Xi to the shop earlier, he was too shy to step inside, so he waited for her for near the exit. He had no idea she picked out such designs.
Now he understood why the shopkeeper gave him such a mysterious smile when he and Nain Xi left together.
Oh god, if he hadn’t seen it for himself, he would never have imagined that Nian Xi wore these things. Did she wear this sort of lingerie all the time?

When he looked at the items in his hands, Jiang Yuning couldn’t help but picture Nian Xi in those skimpy, sexy underthings. Suddenly, his nose was hot, and a warm liquid flowed from his nostrils.
He quickly wiped his nose and stopped himself from thinking about such things.
While washing the underwear, his hands were trembling, and he was still blushing. Since the fabric was minimal, he finished in no time.
About ten minutes later, he walked out with the warmed intimates. Nian Xi looked up while lying on the bed. “You’re done?” she asked with raised brows.
“Yeah.” Jiang Yuning handed them to her. “Xixi, why did you… you’re wearing too little, especially the panties… They don’t look too comfortable.”
“Hmm, I thought it’d be easier for you to wash them if there was less fabric.” Nian Xi climbed over toward him and blew some hot air into his ear. “Do you like them?”
Jiang Yuning shuddered uncontrollably when she did that. He was blushing red hot again. He flinched, “I… it doesn’t matter whether I like it a not. I want you to be comfortable when you wear them.”
“No, I think it’s not important whether I find them comfortable; it’s more important if you like them.” Nian Xi shook her head thoughtfully.
Jiang Yuning was touched, his Xixi was so playful, “I… like them.”
He lowered his head, embarrassed.
“Good. As long as you like them, I’ll go put them on then.” Nian Xi kissed his forehead happily and tiptoed to the bathroom.
Jiang Yuning touched his forehead, where she had just kissed him.
His heart was blissful, and it was a sweet feeling.
He heard the sound of the running water and could barely make out her silhouette through the frosted glass of the shower door.

Is Nian Xi washing her hair?
He couldn’t help wondering about these things: The more he thought about it, the racier the scenes in his mind. Finally, he couldn’t stand it any longer. He walked out of the room and grabbed a bottle of ice-cold water from the fridge and gulped it down in one go.
“Mister, do you want a bottle of ice-cold beer?” Uncle Han appeared out of nowhere from behind.
Jiang Yuning jumped. He nearly choked on his water and coughed violently as he glared at Uncle Han, “I don’t drink alcohol…”
“I know that alcohol will make you braver.” Uncle Han smiled mysteriously. “I’m worried that Ms. Nian will pounce on you tonight and that you might not have the courage to push her away.”
