After finishing one bun, he went on to the next, and the next. He was only eating siewmai buns. Luosang said, “Don’t just eat siewmai. You can try the rest as well. Sister Lan cooks everything well.”
Jiang Yuning continued eating as if he hadn’t heard her. Nian Xi nudged him and said, “My sister-in-law is talking to you. She’s telling you to try other things.”

Luosang nearly choked on her soymilk. She thought that it made her sound old whenever Nian Xi called her that.
