Chapter 478 You Were Using Violence on Me
Nian Junting felt very angry and sad. How could such a woman even exist in this world? She had done something wrong to him. She had bought so many shoes for Chi Shengxu and not a pair for him, but in the end, she got mad at him. Had he been spoiling her? What should he do now? Should he directly carry her away? He couldn’t do that, as people were watching. Should he leave without her? They were in Australia, a strange country, a strange city. What if she got kidnapped? He failed to come up with a better idea, so he followed behind her while pulling a long face.
Luosang didn’t even look at him. She picked the shoes, paid for them, and left. She was carrying five pairs of shoes, and four of them were for Chi Shengxu. Nian Junting was really mad. He even wanted to throw those shoes away.
Next, Luosang strolled about the mall as if Nian Junting didn’t exist. She went to the watch stores and women’s wear sections. She only bought a few things, probably because of the expensive prices.
Nian Junting watched her coldly. As long as she stopped fighting him and apologized to him, he would buy her anything she liked. Silly girl. We had a fight, but you didn’t need to give my wallet back to me. Now you don’t have much money, do you? You deserve this, he thought.
Luosang couldn’t afford anything expensive, so she spent her money on food. She bought a small slice of cake at first and then tried some other dessert. She enjoyed the food. Nian Junting got angry again, as she hadn’t even thought about buying a cake for him. He didn’t like dessert, but he was standing right behind her.
At half-past five, Luosang walked into a Korean restaurant, found a seat, and sat down.
“Why are we eating in a place like this? The environment is awful, and it’s poorly ventilated.” Nian Junting glared at her and said, “Didn’t we book a table at a better restaurant?”
Luosang ignored him, took the menu from the waiter’s hands, and began ordering food. After ordering her food, she handed the menu back to the waiter and said, “That’ll be all.”
The waiter looked at Nian Junting, hesitated, and said, “Aren’t you two together?”
Nian Junting was beyond tolerance. He kicked away the chair, stood up, and said, “Xu Luosang, my patience is limited. I’ve been tolerating you because we are traveling abroad now. Don’t think that I have to!” After saying that, he walked away with big steps.
Luosang dropped her eyelids.
The waiter felt extremely awkward. “Should I place your order?” he asked.
“Yes, serve the food as quickly as you can. I’m hungry,” Luosang responded with a faint smile.
As the waiter left, she hurriedly picked up the glass of water on the table and took a few large gulps so her tears wouldn’t gush out. She really didn’t want to fight with him abroad. What she didn’t want even more was to fight with him during vacation. After all, that was supposed to be their best time together. However, she couldn’t endure the fact that he had deleted a friend from her WeChat contact list. If she made a concession, he would do worse in the future.
The waiter soon served her a fried rice cake. She lowered her head and prepared to eat, but suddenly, a shadow enveloped her. She raised her head to find Nian Junting standing beside her with dark eyes that looked a little sad, as if he were hurt.
Luosang paused for a second and almost got soft-hearted, but still, she hardened her heart and said, “Are you now willing to admit that you deleting my WeChat friend was disrespect to me?”
“I admit that I shouldn’t have done it,” said Nian Junting, “but you yelled at me, pushed me, bumped me, and ignored me because of Chi Shengxu. You were using violence on me.”
“What violence? I only bumped you once.”
“Cold violence.”
Luosang didn’t know what to say.
