Davis's expression produced a smirk at Isabella before he turned to look at Evelynn.
He saw Evelynn stand at the same location, having her hands folded with an indifferent look on her face. However, he could see her spider legs recede as they became hidden behind her wonderful purple robe.
Before her feet, four people had lost all of their limbs as they lay flat on the ground in disbelief.
What had just happened?
They had just seen something abruptly spring up from her body before they lost all connection to their limbs. Only after they came out of their reverie did they realize that their limbs were severed in an instant.
"As you can both witness, ordinary prowess is not enough for us to survive this world. If you two didn't have powers able that allowed you to stand your own ground against immortals, then your deaths would have been inevitable without Mira or me in the scene. In that case, the only thing we could do is be cruel to ourselves and go through various sufferings to vastly improve our prowess."
Davis disappeared from his place and appeared at the location where a soul tried to escape. He directly scooped it with his bare palm and squeezed, casting the Ming Sea Extraction Mirage technique to soulscour the black-robed person who escaped after getting crushed by Isabella's fist.
Seeing this scene, Mira also calmed. So it was only a lesson. After landing on the floor, she became slightly embarrassed that she moved to interfere with the lesson.
Hearing Davis's words, Isabella and Evelynn also understood why they pursued strength in the first place.
For Evelynn, this only refortified her faith and devotion to Davis as she wasn't particularly fixated on power except for that one time when she purely wanted to cause destruction for Davis's fall, but to Isabella, she regained the sharp edge that was starting to leave her in this protected environment. She remembered the days that fueled her reason to cultivate, to become strong so that no one could harm her people.

Clenching her fists, she felt if she hesitated any longer, then it would be a complete disrespect to Mira's determination, not to mention Davis's consideration that sought to make her understand instead of being disappointed by her.
The two of them looked at Davis with even more respect. However, he was going around, soul-scouring the scared shitless traitors who were unable to move as his soul pressure undermined their nerves and meridian points, even their wills.
In a short time, Davis learned that this was the act of greedy individuals and not some powers working against him except a few.
'Sevenfold Bitterness Gate, Scarlet Moonstone Sect, Sun Eyes Sect...'
These were powers he had never heard of them in the Grand Beginnings Continent, but he came to know that they were powers living in pocket spaces, out of the eyes of the surface world similar to the Sundering Hammer Sect that the Heaven Mandate Temple protected. Their forging records truly benefited Sophie, so he understood that they were just strong hidden powers who wanted to remain obscure.
'Well, they didn't seem to have any plans nor the strength to overthrow the Alstreim Family or the righteous path, so I guess it's fine...' Davis thought, but those three powers that should also be in the First Haven World had entered his hit list as of this moment.
They had targeted him, so he could let them go?
Davis turned and smirked, "Don't worry. I'll limit the suffering as much as I can."
The traitors shuddered as their expressions went aghast, thinking that they were going to die, but in reality, Davis had addressed these words to Evelynn and Isabella.
"Dear..."
They were moved, but they finally understood his true intent in bringing out these traitors.
Davis's hand swung in an arc, and his palm suddenly came into contact with an object. When they clashed, it gave off a metallic ring.
"It's been a long time, Tyriele."
"Master..."
Davis couldn't help but look at the Profound Tyrant Veined Cauldron.
It finally had its seal broken, allowing it to enter the Immortal Stage. However, it didn't have a heavenly tribulation, meaning that it was already an Immortal Grade Cauldron before it was sealed by someone and arrived in the Grand Beginnings Continent.
'It seems like its origins aren't as simple as it seems to be...'
Davis thought before he spoke in a languid tone.
"I have some practice materials for you, Tyriele. As a cauldron, you should be capable of extracting the essence from ingredients. If the ingredients were human beings and other living things, you should be able to extract blood essence, right?"
"Master, I've done it before on magical beasts when other users possessed me."
"Good. Get yourself familiar with the procedure and try to find a way to extract blood essence without the subjects receiving much pain so our Mira can suffer the least possible way when you extract blood essence from her after this slaughter."
"Yes!~"
"No...!"
Came two different replies at the same time as the traitors screamed for their lives. Some lost their minds and shot towards the exit as the last resort as they subconsciously sensed the pressure on them decrease.
But at this moment, Tyriele's lid opened up, and an immense suction force reacted on their body, causing them all to fly into it.
*Crank!~*
The lid closed on them, sealing the terrified screams of the people as it began to extract their blood essence alive.
Isabella and Evelynn's expressions didn't have an ounce of remorse or concern for their enemies. They dare try to capture their husband, causing them to be full of hatred for them.
On the other hand, Davis was satisfied with the small lesson and Tyriele's cooperation.
However, he was most satisfied with the Mind Sea Extraction Mirage because it had a ninety-five percent survival rate as of this moment. Out of forty people, thirty-eight managed to retain their minds, while the other two, although they hadn't become retarded, had their souls heavily damaged that they went into a coma.
Davis imagined that it was because they probably resisted his soulsearch too much that there was a severe backlash on them, and they were also the members of the opposing powers he had found wanting to target him for his treasures.
Dull sounds echoed from the Profound Tyrant Veined Cauldron. The crimson lines on it lit up every time there was a sound, so it could be seen that it was activating its defensive mechanisms against the attacks that were being hurled at it from the inside.
Davis then used his senses connected with Tyriele to peek into the cauldron and witness the slaughter. It was a blood-draining scene, literally.
The pressure of the entire cauldron focused down on one person while the others were frantically attacking the cauldron with numerous attacks. However, it was of no use. On the other hand, the person who was caught was having his blood essence extracted as his pores bled, his eyeballs slipped out of his sockets, and blood poured out of his mouth while his skin disappeared, and only flesh remained as an outer layer that was still shedding, transforming into blood as they were being refined at a constant rate.
From the outer skin to the internal organs, blood was being harvested at a quick rate, but the horrifying scene had Davis's brows twitching as he imagined Mira enduring the same, making him want to abandon this endeavor.
"Tyriele... do it more gently..."
"I understand, master. It's just there are thirty-nine others that I want to first familiarize myself with the default method."
"Oh, alright then."
Davis nodded and left Tyriele to her devices, inwardly shocked that Tyriele was a sadist or, perhaps, was just curious.
"Mira, it seems that it will take some time, so are there any last words or wish you want to say before you lose your Emperor-Tier Bloodline?"
"That sounds rather ominous," Mira narrowed her brows before a smirk appeared, "How about a battle, master?"
"Mira, don't be disrespectful."
Isabella chided while Davis couldn't help but chuckle.
"I'm already tired as I am. If I want to fight you, I might have to expend some energy, Mira. However, I acknowledge your strength has reached far greater than I expected that I assume you're able to cross seven levels higher from the pressure you threw back against me just now. No, was that eight levels...?"
Davis spoke as he wondered if Mira had almost caught up to Nadia's base prowess.
Mira's cheeks pouted but revealed a cheeky, innocent smile the next moment.
Although she was happy over being praised, if no one fought her... how would she be able to make use of or enjoy this power before losing it? Her big eyes looked around, seemingly searching for something before her eyes lit up as she returned her gaze to him.
"Ah! I know. If I can't battle against master, then I want master's child."
