Chapter 3502 End
Thud!
The Grimm disappeared, and I landed on the ground, feeling tired.
The last move had strained my body thoroughly and pushed it beyond its limit. Though the effect had lasted only for a second, it had tired me out a lot.
If I had been fighting against more than one enemy, they would have finished me off at this moment of weakness. Thankfully, there is not, and it is the reason I use it.
Despite its flaws and a very short time of us; the move is worth it.
It gives me the power to go beyond my limit without burning the blood. While there is immense strain and tiredness; it has already started to disappear.
It is a wonderful move to use when fighting one-on-one against the single enemy.
I looked ahead before looking inside me.
The Werewolf was standing on the blackish stone disc, trying to move, but could only be able to twitch faintly. There is a powerful suppression on the disk and what Grimm is facing is not even strongest.
As I was looking, I saw the runes starting to come out and cover it.
I had been very worried about these runes, thinking they might be gone with Ashlyn, but seeing them earlier, the worry had disappeared.
'Now, I could finally experiment,' I thought, and a grey essence rose appeared in my hand. It is from the short Werewolf; I had killed earlier.
I looked at it for a moment and disappeared, appearing on the moon and putting the essence rose into the transparent disc.
As I did, the discs began to spin.
The big reason for this moon and these discs is these essence roses. I want to refine them, and bring out the substance I need.
It will be very helpful if the disc can refine it, and it is the only thing it can do. I couldn't do it with all the alchemical knowledge I have, and even forbidden power wouldn't be enough.
A tool is needed, and these discs are the tool.
I stayed for a few seconds before I stepped out of the moon back to the real world, where the battle was still going on.
They have killed one Grimm, and now she is helping her friend who is having a problem. I didn't help them, instead watched.
I would have stepped up, if the other one hadn't killed the Grimm and come to help her friend. Though, I would still help, if they needed it and I am preparing for it, even when I was fighting against the two Grimms.
A few minutes passed, and the battle continued, when suddenly a change occurred.
Hun!
The both of Grimms begin to retreat. The High-Earth Sovereign was stopped within a second, as two people were fighting it, but Peak Earth Sovereign was faster than the one that changed it.
It is also coming toward me; it had changed its direction a little to come at me.
Clearly, it wants to kill me, before it runs away.
"Run!"
The Tiger Beastwomen chasing it warned, but I remained on my spot. It should have been a warning, the Crockman would have listened, but it didn't and came at me.
"Die!"
It shouted as it appeared in front of me and swung its green teethed blade at me.
My spear appeared in my hand, and I moved toward it. The smile on the idiot's face becomes even bigger, thinking, I am expediting my own death.
It and me moved closer and closer till there was only a few inches of difference between us when something surprising happened.
His blade slowed down suddenly, so much that I was easily passed by it, while it watched in shock and horror, and appeared in front of it.
It tried to retreat, seeing that, but found its movements strained and slowed.
I smiled and attacked.
My spear had easily passed through the defensive method. As they were weakened even the defenses of High-Earth Sovereign reached its chest.
Puch!
My sword pierced through its chest while it watched in terror, and a second later, it disappeared. Leaving only the artifacts and storage, which flew toward the Beastwomen, who were watching me in startling.
"I do not deserve it," she said as she gathered her emotions.
"Keep it, without your help, I wouldn't have been able to kill it," I said to her. She still wanted to reject my help, but seeing my expression, she nodded finally.
"Thank you," she said, and artifact and storage have disappeared.
She turned to her teammates, who were now fighting against the lone; it had been fighting crazily, risking everything to kill at least one of them.
With its leader and teammates dead. It knows it will not remain alive, and it wants to kill before it dies.
I will not let it happen. Though, I don't think, my help would be needed.
Three and a half minutes later, they have finally killed the Crockman. It was not an easy victory; they had received quite an injury before they were able to put down the bastard.
"Thank you, for helping us," said the leader. "You would have done the same," I replied, to which she smiled.
A few minutes later, I watched them leave.
They are going to find a place to rest tonight and think about what they have to do.
Their destination is the same as mine and they are going to hunt the Grimms, but after what they have experienced, they are going to think deeply about it.
I am also going to find a good hidden place to spend the night.
I am not going to think about the choice and why would I? After fighting these Grimms, I want to find more of them to kill.
Especially the ones with the bloodlines.
I am making fast progress, but nothing could be compared to the progress that the refined bloodline energy gives.
I want it, not only for my progress but also for the shitload of the plants, I had planted in my core.
To mature them, even with time dilation going to take time, months, years. The growth energy gives that result to me in minutes and I need it.
There are a couple of resources I need as soon as possible.
The foremost is a spatial seed. I had tried for the past few months, but it was too expensive and beyond my reach, due to me being not a complete member.
Surviving this ruin will become much easier if I have the spatial seed with me.
Let's hope that I find an Earth-Sovereign Grimm with the bloodline as soon as possible and mature that tree to Earth-Sovereign with its growth energy.
I had to look for a hiding spot for nearly an hour before finding the one that satisfied me. Nero makes these things much easier, but now, with him gone, I have to do these things on my own.
As I reached the hidden spot, I took out of the formation before taking out the abode.
The stealth abilities of these abodes are not enough to protect me.
There are freaking Sky Sovereigns here and I need powerful protection, because there is only a horrible death if those Grimms found me.
