Chapter 2560 Escaped
"You Bitch!" Fasra roared as it saw the Snakeman crucified and took a step toward her in its rage, only to stop a moment later as Rai had appeared in front of it.
"Fasra, that Snakeman is already dead, and you should worry about yourself rather than running toward the dead person," said Rai, and thick blue hell flame chains swirled around him before humph released them all toward Fasra.
"Kill me? You should start worrying about your survival solace!" replied Fasra, and thousands of huge sharks with big sharp teeth materialized around it, which it had sent at Rai, and once again tried to make its way toward the Snakeman.
It knows that with its current condition, the Snakeman did not have much time to live; we would not let it live long.
Knowing Rai would be able to handle the Fasra, I turned to Grandmaster Atkins, who opened a way into the energy sphere for me, which was closed right after I entered.
"Grandmaster Atkins, you are really a treasure," I said as I appeared beside her crucified Snakeman. "You praise me too much, Lord Zaar, in front of you; my little talent is nothing," she replied, shaking her despondently.
"Well, I don't think you will need much time to reach where I am," I said with a smile.
The condition of her soul and body had reached the absolute peak of Grandmaster class, and her bloodline was already powerful enough to support the breakthrough; a week's bloodline wouldn't have let her do what is capable of doing.
"The breakthroughs are not easy; I have been lucky to even survive the mishap that happened during my Grandmaster's breakthrough. I did not want to repeat that same mistake again," She replied, and I did not say anything other than smile.
I will give her the report about her condition, but it is not time yet. There is still one battle that has yet to finish, and I still have to deal with this Grimm Monster beside me.
"Thank you for the present, Grandmaster. It will be really helpful to me," I said as I turned to the Grimm Monster with my eyes twinkling.
It seemed to have read something from my expressions, and horror flashed in its eyes before it disappeared In front of me. I should deal with it as soon as possible before it decided to flip its primal switch and kill itself.
It would be a huge loss.
It had drunk the seer poison, and if I am able to harness the essence that rose out of it, with all the properties of the seer poison, it will be amazing. The research value of that thing would be astronomical, and what will be even more amazing if I am able to turn it into a crystal rose.
The destruction it would be able to bring is unimaginable; it will be a bane for even High Grandmasters.
"Zaaar!"
I could hear the loud roar from the Fasra from outside but did not care much about it; Rai would handle it. The only thing I have to do or care about is the Snakeman; I have already begun harvesting it, and I just hope nothing goes wrong with it.
"Well, now let's deal with this poison; we don't want anyone getting poisoned by it," I said, and a seed green-pink seed appeared on my hand, which I threw up.
While most of the poison had already been sucked back into the body of the Snakeman, there is still some that remained, and it is still extremly dangerous, enough to kill a Grandmaster. So, I have to kill it before it affects any humans or Grimms.
Like a sponge, the seed begins to suck all the poison around itself before moving around the sphere.
"All absorbed," I said three minutes later when my seed came to my hand after it finished absorbing all the poison, and Grandmaster Atkins dissolved her elemental sphere.
"Do you have any chance against, Fasra?" I asked Grandmaster Atkins. The battle had reached the last leg, and anything could happen right now.
Fasra had also revealed its trump card, the elemental control; though it is not even 10% of Grandmaster Atkins, it still gave it a boost, which it is using very efficiently. Rai had also brought out its power, which is no less powerful than the Fasra, even slightly greater than it.
"No, it is too powerful," she replied as she sighed in disappointment.
I sighed, too; I am also no match for Fasra. If it attacked me, all I could do was defend and hope my shields would be able to hold off against it, and it was with the boost I had just got.
Fasra is really powerful, and its stay in this ruin has made it even more powerful than before; if its strength had remained the same as when it had fought against Lady Vivian, Rai would have killed it by now.
Even half of the council members would have a very hard time killing; this is how powerful it had become.
This ruin is really a paradise for the water elementals; they have such thick energy, the resources, and everything else. It is truly amazing that I begin to wish I had been a water elemental, so I take advantage of everything here.
"Hell Dragons Carnage!"
Rai shouted suddenly, and thick blew flames came out of him like a tide and began to form a shape around him. It took barely a second before Rai disappeared, and in its place, a dragon made of fire appeared.
This dragon is huge, three times bigger than the Fasra, who is bigger than the common Grimms, and the aura it releases is so powerful that for the first time, I have seen the fear in the Fasra's eyes.
"ROOOAAARRR!"
The hellfire dragon roared and flapped its wings; just as it did, it had crossed hundreds of meters of distance in an instant before appearing right in front of Fasra.
"DIE!"
Rai roared through the dragon and released a huge dragon breath at Fasra. Fasra wanted to dodge the attack, but the fire was too fast that it had stopped and activated its defensive method, which is in the form of a huge dome.
A fraction of seconds after the dome appeared, the hell fire hit and covered it fully, and even then, Rai continued to breathe out the fire.
Rai had no intention of holding anything back; he is attacking it with everything he had. It is the only way he could defeat Fasra.
Seconds passed, and he continued to breathe fire before he finally stopped twenty seconds later, he stopped. By the time he had stopped, the air itself had begun to burn. The temperature there had reached so high that even a Grandmaster would burn to death.
It took a while for the fire to disappear, but when it did, there was no sign of Fasra.
Sigh!
"Burned to death," said Grandmaster Atkins, to which I shook my head with a disappointed sigh.
"It did not; it escaped," I said and begin to call back my strings. My strings had begun to wrap around it, and there was a space block imprinted on them; Grandmaster would not be able to escape through the space, even with the artifacts.
Though there are exceptions, and the bastard Fasra had something exceptional, something similar to the Grimm that escaped the explosion caused by Nero in harken ruin.
