Mrs. Winters turned around and motioned to Mr. Brown.

Mr. Brown took the hint. He walked into the study before he picked up two boxes and handed them
over to them.

“Alden, Mel, I prepared a gift for you. Open it and see if you like it.” Alden looked back at Adina. He
only accepted the two boxes after he saw his mother nod. He then gave the pink box to his sister. The
box he held was the color of sandalwood. He lowered his head and opened the box, finding a set of
stationery inside. The fountain pen appeared to be of high quality at first glance. Aside from that, there
was also an envelope.

Alden took out the envelope, pursed his lips, and said, “Thank you, Grandma. I’ll accept the stationery,
but I can’t take the money.”

He took the envelope out and put it on the table. Mrs. Winters felt pleased as she nodded. She looked
