Chapter 5976: Longevity Intents, All For You
He let out a sigh as memories of Cleansing Incense Ancient Sect returned. He had used them before during that period and kept them around.
Before his departure, the queen wanted something as a memento so he bestowed the blades to her. They were ordinary weapons but had a special significance to both him and her.
As his fingers gently brushed the blade, he focused his gaze and it harmonized with him.
“Open!” He formed a mudra and summoned a light - the opening of another world.
His divine intent jumped inside and found a special temporal dimension. The mortal blades had a dimension within them due to the thoughts of longevity.
In the center of this temporal ocean was an opulent and grand palace, shrouded by silken drapes.
Within the palace was a luxurious bed made with ivory sidings. On top was a woman lying on her side with her head resting on her hand, seemingly asleep.
She wore a phoenix robe exuding an aura of regal elegance. It couldn’t fully hide her exquisite figure - breasts towering like snow-capped mountains, voluptuous hips and curves. They were truly a sight to behold.
Her slender legs and slim waist accentuated her beauty and didn’t look out of place compared to the rest of her ample body. Both sides painted a captivating scene of an incredibly charming beauty.
The temporal flow didn’t affect the area around her. Being here meant having eternal life, so her beauty didn’t fade with time.
She sensed the presence of a visitor and opened her eyes, revealing how shiny and misty they were. No men could avert their gaze upon seeing her.
As for Li Qiye, he stared at her as if appreciating a fine work of art. She, on the other hand, couldn’t believe her eyes, thinking it was just a dream.
“I’m here.” Li Qiye smiled.
“Young Noble, is it really you? It is!” She immediately jumped off the bed and embraced him.
“I’m not dreaming, you’re back.” She was moved to tears after seeing that it was reality. She didn’t dare to let go or he might disappear.
“I’m going to suffocate if this continues.” He joked.
She couldn’t help but chuckl and loosened her grip. Her eyes were always fixated on him.
He sat down and she leaned into his chest, enjoying his embrace and touch.
“What a miracle.” He said as his hand glided over the smooth, beautiful curves: “I had never considered such possibilities.”
“I have let you down, Young Noble.” She had a sad expression as she said.
“Do not think like that.” He held her hand and smiled.
“I am not a living person.” She uttered these words.
“Yes, you have passed away.” He nodded.
“I, although I am dead, to see you again is still a blessing from three lifetimes. It was a fortune to be in your grace.” She said with a hint of sadness.
“How silly.” He tapped her sensual lips with his finger and said: “Life is the creation of the high heaven and your longevity intent is your miracle. You are still alive, albeit in a different form.”
“But the longevity intent was meant for you, Young Noble.” She said softly and tightened her grip on his hand: “I wish to abandon this form so that all the longevity intent can go to you.”
“When they’re gone, so are you.” He shook his head.
“But they will flow into you so I will be one with you, Young Noble.” She stopped crying and smiled happily.
“I don’t need them, this fortune belongs to you.” He shook his head.
“They’re mere thoughts and will disperse with time.” She retorted: “But when they fuse with you, their true purpose is fulfilled.”
“They are made from your soul and spirit, I will not seize them.” He insisted.
“I suppose that given my meager strength and mind, these longevity intents are as feeble as spiderwebs, unworthy of your attention.” Her countenance darkened.
“You’re being silly again.” He gently knocked her forehead and said: “They might be of little use to be but their value leaves no room for question, the accumulation of your affection across the years. That’s why I called it a miracle, it’s rare to see anything like this.”
“Really?” Her face lit up with an enchanting smile capable of melting anyone’s heart.
“Yes, even the most brilliant emperors can’t materialize these longevity intents. This is a display of determination and remembrance.” He said.
“Young Noble, since you do not look down on them, please accept before they disperse.” She said softly.
“That might not be the case.” He smiled.
“Young Noble, I am well aware of these longevity intent, they will not last long once activated.” She was taken aback.
“If I intervene, they will not.” He said.
“How can that be?” She was surprised.
“It depends on whether you are willing to become the spirit of a weapon.” He revealed.
