Chapter 1370
Molly's face was darker than ever.
She clenched her fists and forced herself to calm down. She leaned in to take a closer look at the blood
streaks.
The blood streaks seemed to have come to life and were spreading outwards. It had even reached
Sean's arm.
At first sight, Sean's body was filled with blood streaks. It looked like a net and had Sean tied. It was
very scary.
The pain kept coming from the chest and Sean closed his eyes tightly. He bit his lip to keep himself
from groaning in pain. His fists were clenched and his knuckles were pale.
It was obvious that he was in a lot of pain.
Looking at the state of Sean, Molly's heart ached. However, she still kept her eyes on the blood
streaks.
Suddenly, she realized that something was moving in Sean's veins.
She subconsciously stabbed the acupoint with a silver needle in an attempt to find out what exactly it
was.
However, when she stabbed the acupoint, Sean's face turned completely pale and he groaned
unbearably. Sweat appeared on his forehead."Mr... Mr. Anderson looks like he's in a lot of pain!" Caitlyn couldn't help but shout.
Seeing that the pain almost knocked Sean out, Molly didn't dare to continue. She had no choice but to
stop.
She wanted to pull the needles out, but her hands kept on trembling. Even her body was trembling.
Caitlyn noticed this and quickly said, "Leave it to me."
Molly raised her head and looked at Caitlyn. Her eyes were red and she nodded her head slightly.
"Okay."
She stood to one side as Caitlyn pulled out the needles on Sean. She felt that someone had grabbed
her by the throat and she found it hard to breathe.
After removing the needles, Sean didn't look like he was in so much pain anymore, but his face was
still pale. The pain hadn't fully disappeared yet.
Molly bit her lip and forced herself to not cry. She quickly turned around and brought over some
painkillers.
"Sean, take these."
Molly and Caitlyn both helped Sean to sit up straight and watched as Sean took the painkillers.
At that moment, Sean realized that Molly's eyes were red. He knew she had been crying and his heart
immediately ached.
He kept things a secret from her because he didn't want to see her like this.
Looking at his dark eyes, Molly's heart ached and tearstrickled down her cheeks. She quickly turned around.
She didn't want Sean to see her cry.
Seeing this, Sean quickly grabbed Molly’s hand.
When Caitlyn saw this, she knew that they had something to say to each other, so she quietly left the
room and closed the door.
Molly didn't turn back around. Instead, she bit her lip and allowed the tears to trickle down her cheeks.
Seeing that her shoulders were shaking, Sean's heart skipped a beat. He then asked in a deep and
hoarse voice," Are you mad at me?"
Molly sniffed, raised her hand to wipe the tears from her face and turned around with a straight face.
Her eyes which had been filled with tears were shining and the resentment and anger were evident.
"Of course I'm mad at you! I'm mad because you didn't tell me this sooner!"
She didn't dare think what would happen if Sean kept this a secret from her. She wondered if he would
only tell her when things became very serious.
What if it was too late when she found out?
That thought alone made Molly have difficulty breathing.
"I'm so sorry. It's my fault."
Sean apologized very sincerely. When Molly heard those words, tears trickled down her cheeks again. She then sobbed. "I don't even
know what's wrong with you right now..."
As a doctor, she had always been confident and relaxed no matter what kind of patient or illness she
was faced with.
However, that wasn't possible when it came to Sean.
For a moment there, she had no idea how to treat Sean. Molly's mind had gone blank and had no idea
what to do.
