The officer before Luke was none other than the new Deputy Commissioner of Police of Bardoff City,
Leonard Sullivan.He didn't have strong ties to any of the families in Bardoff City, so he wouldn't hesitate
to bring down the law on anyone who committed a crime, rich or not.

Zeke never expected him to be there.

In fact, he'd informed Leonard's superior of his intentions today.

"My grandson is responsible for this, Mr.Sullivan.He's held a bitter grudge against his cousin Alec ever
since his father passed.That's why he organized this 'event' today.It was my fault for not stopping him
