“That can’t be possible! My Chen!” Mrs. Duke North rushed out of the crowd and came to the blood-covered boy. “Chen, you should not die, you can’t leave me alone in this world! What can I do?!” Mrs. Duke North burst out in tears.
The imperial doctors in the room also started to wipe their tears.

The moment she stretched out her hands... Gu Chaoyan thought for a while and fed him one pill. Then without any hesitation, she pulled out the arrow and at that very second, Li Yuanxiang put the medicine upon the wound.
The blood stopped.
Gu Chaoyan instantly took out her needles and started acupuncture.
Apart from the arrow pulling, acupuncture would cost her a lot of energy. Gu Chaoyan was doing the job calmly as the sweat started to drip down her forehead. Li Yuanxiang helped to wipe away the sweat drops.
