He used to hate her Chapter 8

" Wow, I thought you were just joking that day,"

" Why would I make a joke about wishing to kiss you? I like you, Madison but you never really gave
attention to me. I don't know if Xander's wish happens when he's with Veronica. But I guess you can
make my wish happen?"Henry said with an eye to eye contact. He intertwined his hands with my
hands.

I'm not sure how to reply to his question so I did something unexpected. I leaned and kissed him. He
didn't hesitate a single moment to kiss me back. I don't know why I'm kissing Henry. Is it because I'm
desperate that I will never be able to get Xander's love and consulting myself with Henry or I did like
Henry.

" I was longing for this day to come," Henry whispered near my ears and started kissing my neck. For a
second, I wondered who might see us. But why should I worry about them? I don't wanna give a fuck
about what others think.

Soon, Henry and I entered his room and closed the door. I know where this is going. But I didn't want it
all to happen so fast in just a day. Should I say no?

But then Henry took off his shirt and couldn't even blink my eyes. I kept my hands on his chest and
leaned in for another deep kiss. When the touch becomes more intimate, my intuition told me to stop it.
I'm drunk. I should do this now and regret it later.

Henry's hands moved to the bottom of the shirt to take it off as I stopped him at the same moment.

" Henry...I don't think I'm ready for it,"

" Did I do something wrong?" he asked in confusion.



" No, it's not you. I just don't feel good after what happened with Veronica. Is it okay if I go to see my
friend and leave after an hour?" I asked him.

" Yeah, of course. No problem." He agreed and opened the door for me. The first thing I did after
reaching downstairs was searching for Sofia.

I looking for her cluelessly with my blurry eyes. But all that my eyes saw was Xander. Xander and
Veronica. There are still here. Talking like they are madly in love. He watches her as she lost in
conversation with him. His hands are on her wrist. I don't know if I'm jealous or anger but this shouldn't
be my business anymore.

" Hey, I have been searching for you. I thought you left." Someone tapped my shoulder.

" Sofia, I'm sorry. I will never leave without you. I have just gone to..." I stopped in the middle without
saying Henry's name.

" Gone where?"

" Let's have another drink. I will tell you." We both settled for another glass of drink. I'm crossing my
limit.

" So, you kissed Henry. You never talked much about him but...but you know what? It's good. You don't
need to think about Xander anymore or neither about our ex-friend."

" Yeah, you are right. This day should be the end of it. All I'm going to do is mind my own business and
if someone interferes in my life, I will teach them a lesson. You are going to help me with it."

" Sure. I can give perfect revenge for whoever messing with you." She replied and we continued
drinking until we looked at the clock. It's almost Eleven and most of my classmates left. Why am I still
here? I need to find Henry. Sofia and I can't drive in this state. I will ask him to drop me home.



" Hey...Sof..just wait here...I will go get Henry," I stumbled as I made my way upstairs. I walked slowly
and found four to five rooms. I feel like I have seen only two rooms here. Is Henry's house a mansion
or I'm losing my vision? I gotta find him soon.

I randomly opened a door and tried to call Henry. But there's literally no reply in the darkroom. I don't
think I can find him. That's the last thing I thought before fainting.

There's a lot of thing going on my mind. In my dreams. I'm seeing my dead sister. She's right in front of
my eyes and then she's gone. Darkness surrounded me again. I always keep on losing everyone I
love.

I slowly tried to open my eyes and adjust them to the brightness. For a second, I don't even remember
my name and every bad incident came in a flash. That's when I realized I'm hugging someone in bed.
My hands are touching a bare chest and my legs are interlinked with someone. But who? Please, god.
Let it be a girl. It shouldn't be a boy. What if it's Henry?

With a lot of fear, I opened my eyes and saw the person.

" Holy shit," I almost shouted aloud. It's no one but Xander. Why am I next to him? What the hell he's
doing in Henry's house. I wish I could sneak out of the bed without giving any suspicion. But he just
woke up right at the same second. I shouldn't have shouted. I'm done now.

" What the hell? What are you doing here, Madison?" He shouted, I moved and got out of the bed. This
is so embarrassing. I never intended for this to happen.

" What the hell you are doing here? Isn't it Henry's house?" I shouted in return.

" Are you questioning me? I used to stay in Henry's house a lot of time. This is where I sleep. Why are
you next to me? Are you purposefully doing everything to ruin my relationship? You talked to everyone



about minding their own business and you are trying to get under my skin the very same day?" He
yelled in anger.

" I'm not trying to get under your skin. Why would I do that? I have self-respect. I was way too drunk
yesterday. I have no idea that you are here. Don't predict something about me without knowing it?" I
screamed back. I'm not going out without an argument.

" Whatever you are doing making me predict like this. First, you kissed me and then you are giving
advice to others and sleeping next to me today. What should I think now? I'm already mad that the
picture of us kissing is out in public. Do you want to leave another evidence?" He yelled again but this
time before I can reply, Henry entered from the open door.

" What the heck is going on here? Madison...I have been searching for you since the morning. You
never left my house?" He asked in shock without knowing any of this happened here.

" No. I was searching for you yesterday, Henry. Then I fainted in this room. This asshole thought I was
sleeping next to him on purpose." I blamed Xander without giving him another chance to blame me.

" You are way too good lair, Madison. If something happens more than once, then it's on purpose.
Henry might believe your stupid lies. Say it to him, but no one gonna believes it if it's out in our class. I
don't want any more problem with Veronica because of you." Xander calmly said and left the room
shutting the door with a loud noise.

" If I know this room belonged to Xander, I would have not set my foot here, Henry. Please, tell me no
one knows about it," I asked Henry hoping that I won't get into another trouble.
