The Waitress brought surprisingly four plates and two bowls. He put them carefully on the table and grabbed the wine bottle from the table.
He poured the wine on the red wine glasses, and after he was done, he bowed and left.
Ichiro looked at the servings and frowned. Even though he only ordered one dish, they got dessert and soup as well.
Azura didn't have the patience to wait any longer and grabbed the fork and knife. She sliced the piece of vegetable in front of her and put it gently inside her mouth.
She swallowed the food and instantly closed her eyes in satisfaction, ''So good…''
Ichiro looked at the plate in front of him and took a tiny piece of cooked chicken liver.
After putting it in his mouth, he started munching on it, and after each bite, he felt like some liquids were poured down on his throat, which caused immense satisfaction to surround his body and mind.
''Damn… This is good.'' Without further ado, he took another bite, and it was as good as the first piece.
It didn't take long for both of them to finish their plates, and only dessert and the soup were remaining.
Azura pouted and looked dissatisfied to see her food disappearing so soon.
The dessert was simple ice cream with syrup in the color of orange. Even though it looked simple, the scent was otherworldly.
They took a bite simultaneously and widened their eyes in amazement as their senses were covered in pleasure.
This time, they dined slower, so the food wasn't gone in only a minute.
While dining, Ichiro decided to ask, ''Is the food to your liking?''
Azura wiped her mouth with a napkin and cheerfully nodded, ''I have never eaten something so amazing before!''
Ichiro smiled and wiped his mouth with a napkin, ''Indeed, this was a pleasant surprise.''
Azura's gaze captured the glass with red wine, and she was curious to know how it tasted, ''I have never tasted wine before.'' She grabbed the glass softly and took a sip of the wine.
Her eyes widened as she said, ''So sweet!''
Ichiro took a sip of the wine and nodded. He put the glass back on the table and finished his dessert.
He glanced at the soup, and it was mostly soup with a few small chicken pieces swimming in it.
He grabbed the soup spoon and took a sip of the soup, and once again, he felt surprised. It was like his tongue was submerged inside a sea of pleasure.
Even though the soap was quite hot, it didn't feel like it, and even though tongue is very sensitive, he only felt the pleasure of good food.
Azura had veggie soup, which she enjoyed immensely.
After both of them finished their soups, the sky was already pitch dark.
They put their spoons back on the table and wiped their mouths with napkins.
The only thing remaining from their dishes was the red wine. Azura took small sips and soon emptied the glass while Ichiro just gulped it down.
Azura looked satisfied and rubbed her stomach with a beautiful smile, ''We should visit more often!''
Ichiro chuckled and stood up. He offered his hand, and Azura grabbed it with rosy cheeks.
They left the second floor and went back to the reception desk, where the professional-looking man was already waiting for them with a bill.
Azura stepped to the side and waited with a shy smile. She felt like their date wasn't over yet, and she remembered Ichiro's promise, which might be fulfilled tonight.
Ichiro looked at the bill and saw a lot of numbers, which made his eyes spin, but gladly he still had more than enough to pay for the meals.
He used his golden credit card after he was done paying, the man politely smiled and bowed, ''I hope the food was to your liking.''
''It was good, give our greetings to the chef,'' Ichiro said and left the restaurant.
After they left. A man with an outfit, which was mostly on color of white, appeared next to the receptionist.
''What did he say?'' He asked anxiously.
''He liked it, relax.'' The receptionist said with a wry smile.
The man with the white-colored outfit was the Chief Chef of Star Restaurant, Deux!
Deux felt like a mountain was lifted off his shoulders, ''Thank god… Why didn't I know beforehand that someone like him was coming here?!''
The receptionist chuckled and scratched his head, ''My mistake.''
Deux snorted and left towards the kitchen with a much-relaxed expression.
Outside the restaurant.
The weather was getting colder after the sun disappeared from the sky.
Azura and Ichiro quickly put their coats on and started walking in the streets with their hands locked.
Azura didn't seem to mind the cold that much because the hand which was grabbing her's was the only warmth she needed.
Ichiro, on the other hand, hated the cold and wanted to reach that place already, but he knew there was some distance left.
The streetlamps around the streets lighted up the place nicely, and even the children around the entertainment district weren't too afraid to stay outside, even though the sky was already as dark as it gets.
Azura turned her head and saw a little girl with pigtails looking at her with sparkling eyes. The little girl was with two middle-aged individuals who were currently waiting for a taxi.
''Pretty!'' The little girl pointed at Azura and exclaimed.
Her parents instantly looked embarrassed, while Azura simply giggled.
''Am I?'' She asked with a shy smile while looking at the little girl.
''Prettiest!'' The little girl continued.
Azura covered her mouth and giggled with her heavenly voice.
Ichiro glanced at the little girl and pouted, ''Mine.'' He put his arm over Azura's waist and accelerated the pace.
Azura looked at Ichiro with an amused smile and asked, ''You are competing with a little girl?''
''Who knows, she might be a wolf hiding in a sheep's clothing,'' Ichiro said and glanced at the little girl who was pouting with a red face.
He smirked and mouthed, 'Mine.'
''Hmph!'' The little girl pouted and crossed her arms.
Azura giggled and put her hand on his shoulder, ''No worries, I am yours.''
Ichiro smiled and stopped walking after reaching their destination.
Azura stopped walking as well, with curiosity filling her face.
''We are here,'' Ichiro said and pointed at the building.
Azura turned her head, and soon her face changed colors until it was bright red.
''E-Ehh…''
Ichiro chuckled and entered the building with Azura, who was currently hiding behind Ichiro with a shy look.
The sign on top of the building was flickering, but still, the words could clearly be seen.
