An Xiaowan approached the front desk from the sumptuous main gate in her pair of 10cm heels. Her every stride was filled with elegance and grace as if she was strutting down the runway.
“Excuse me, is Mr. Huo in?” She sounded neither supercilious nor obsequious as she spoke in a melodious voice. Her beautiful face had a sensual smile, and her body enveloped in a charming aura all around her.
The receptionist was stunned for a moment after looking into her bright and beautiful eyes, before she replied coldly, “Sorry, but do you have an appointment?”
An Xiaowan shook her head. Her long wavy hair swayed slightly with her actions, making them look intoxicating.
“Then please get an appointistment for another time, President Huo is a busy man.” The girl at the reception counter looked at An Xiaowan with a hint of despise.
Many good looking women had tried to barge in every day, using various methods and excuses, just to be able to meet Huo Shen. The receptionist was already used to such situations where these women tried to latch onto a powerful family like the Huo Family.
An Xiaowan understood and nodded, her gaze deepening at the same time.
Being the most distinguished man in the Capital, it was naturally not easy to get close to Huo Shen.
Therefore, she did not pester further and instead, immediately backed off.

The chest was placed onto the desk with a ‘bang’ before she opened it in front of the receptionist.

“This is for President Huo, the busy man.” Her lips curled into a complacent smile and her voice was full of liveliness. With a grin on her face, she continued, “By the way, help me to relay a message to him.”
An Xiaowan then put her hand on the top of the cash with a loud ‘thud’ where a piece of paper with a note written on it could be seen now.

When the receptionist finally reacted and looked up, all she could see was the back view of a girl leaving leisurely.
She was a tall, slender, and beautiful woman with just the right proportions and curves. The way she walked was light yet steady, resembling a supermodel walking down the runway.

Two hours later, the chest finally arrived before Huo Shen after it went through multiple checks and was confirmed that there was no problem with the chest.
He massaged his forehead tiredly, having just ended a transnational meeting. He had a tall and upright physique, clothed in a black tailor-made suit, and his forehead covered with lightly fallen hair casting a shadow over his narrow eyes, hiding the sharpness and coldness in them.

Assistant Luo cleared his throat and carried the heavy chest towards Huo Shen’s office desk nervously.
The chest was indeed quite heavy, it was tiring even for a man like him to carry it. It was unimaginable how that woman managed to single-handedly fling the chest to the front desk.
The man raised his head slightly and a handsome face comparable to God came into view, even Assistant Luo lost his focus for a split second.
