Chapter 504: Insect Shaking the Heavens

No matter what kind of restriction there was, it would give off a ripple once the divine senses scanned over it. Jiang Yi had witnessed plenty of restrictions, and he was certain that a powerful illusion was in the nearby vicinity.
There were two ways to break the illusion zone. One was to neutralize the restriction; the other would be to break it with violence. The Witch God had left behind tens of thousands of restrictions for Jiang Yi to learn. If he was able to comprehend all of them, he would probably be able to break this illusion zone effortlessly. A pity that Jiang Yi didn’t have the time or the mood to study it. He had chosen to break it with violence.
Swish! Swish!
He abruptly cleaved his Fire Dragon Sword towards the surface of the ground. Tens of thousands of fire dragons whizzed down and blasted the ground open instantly. The soil was spattered, and the smoke was spiraling. However, nothing changed in the environment. It was obvious that the illusion zone was still around.
“Hmph!”
Jiang Yi snorted and continued attacking, smashing giant pits in the ground. His divine senses started to find the source of the restriction ripples.
“I found it. The array cornerstone is here!”
Jiang Yi’s attack would cause the restriction ripples to hasten while his divine senses quickly looked for the source and located the array cornerstone. His attacks started to get stronger as he continuously attacked on the left side, blasting a giant pit in the ground.
Buzz!
When the ground at the front had turned into a deep depression, the array cornerstone had finally been destroyed. There was a flash of light while the scenery changed.
“There is indeed a mysterious mechanism!”
Jiang Yi swept his eyes over and couldn’t see any more precipices. It was still a whole patch of ice plains, and his divine senses made sure that it was solid ground below.
“En? This is…”
His divine senses were locked at the surface of the ground which was several hundred meters towards the north. He noticed an ancient teleportation array underneath a thick pile of snow. Furthermore, the front of the teleportation array was yet another immeasurably deep precipice.
This teleportation array was definitely not an illusion zone as it was emitting an ancient and forceful aura presence which couldn’t have been faked. However, Jiang Yi did things with safety first. He teleported a few demonic beasts out of the Universal Palace and threw them in towards it.
Swish!
After seeing there were no problems, Jiang Yi burst forward like an afterimage and quickly stood at the edge of the cliff. His divine senses locked onto those few demonic beasts. After seeing them falling into the ravine and vanishing into a trace of white light, Jiang Yi quickly realized that there must be a teleportation array below. However, he didn’t know where would it finally teleport him.
If it was to teleport Jiang Yi to a treacherous place, it would be certain to be damned!
Boom!
He casually destroyed the teleportation array, and he didn’t bother where would the array teleport him to. He stood above the cliffs and hesitated. He was sure that the Martial Arts Main Hall was here, but how was he going to go down?
Buzz!
Thirty minutes later, in Jiang Yi’s hand appeared a small palace. He gently lifted it, which caused the palace to rapidly expand. He entered the Thearch Palace quickly while the palace descended so quickly that it turned into an afterimage.
When one was capable enough, there was nothing to fear.
Since he already found the location of the Martial Arts Main Hall, Jiang Yi didn’t have a reason to be a coward. He didn’t know anyone who had a great understanding of restrictions. The only person he knew was Yun Fei, but she was currently captured. Rather than hesitating in this place, he would rather take a risk.
The longer this dragged on, the more disadvantageous it would be for him!
The Thearch Palace’s defenses were powerful, and it would be able to withstand even if the bottom of the ravine was filled with a mountain of blades or a sea of flames. Su Ruoxue, Jiang Xiaonu, Jiang Yunhai, and the others were probably below; and Jiang Yi was willing to risk his life for them.
Buzz!
As the Thearch Palace was falling hundreds of meters down the cliff, there was a sudden flash of light. There was indeed a teleportation array which caused the entire Thearch Palace to vanish in mid-air.

The spatial zone below the Hades Abyss was like a completely independent world, which was filled with enchanting scenery of mountains and clear streams. This spatial zone was huge, and the ends couldn’t be seen with a glance at the horizon. The ground below was densely packed with buildings. This place looked just like a beautiful and ideal world.
Buzz!
The air in the Hades Abyss violently shook as a beautiful palace appeared in mid-air. The strange thing was… when this palace appeared, there wasn’t any commotion in the world below. No figures emerged from the buildings either.
“As expected…”
Jiang Yi sat cross-legged in the Thearch Palace and looked at the images in the crystal ball. He had this pleasant expression on his face as he knew that this place was certainly the Martial Arts Main Hall. He could see clearly in the north. There was this giant palace which looked just like the Martial Arts Branch Halls in the various cities, but it was a few folds bigger.
“No one is here?”
After looking around the surroundings and seeing no one in the buildings, Jiang Yi became cautious and didn’t exit from the Thearch Palace. He used his divine senses to scan the entire area.
After scanning, he quickly found out that the giant palace at the north had a sparkling barrier; and his divine senses couldn’t scout into it. The entire valley was empty, and there wasn’t a single live animal. It was horrifyingly quiet.
“Dugu Qiu, come out and meet me!”
Jiang Yi placed one of his hands on the crystal ball and spoke lightly while his voice was amplified several times outside of the Thearch Palace. It was very loud and clear as it echoed in the entire Hades Abyss.
The Hades Abyss was still in silence, but after waiting for a moment, Jiang Yi got frustrated. The Martial Arts Hall suddenly flourished with radiance while the energy in the air shivered. An image was projected, and when Jiang Yi took a glance, he was shocked to see an image that was actually Ji Tingyu’s image.
Projecting an image was a powerful ability; it could only be done by people like Shui Youlan who was able to project her image more than a million miles away. Furthermore, her image possessed powerful combat strength. Ji Tingyu’s strength was pitifully weak in comparison… so why was she able to use such an ability?
The reason didn’t matter!
Since Ji Tingyu appeared, Jiang Yi had a huge relief. He didn’t exit the Thearch Palace and spoke indifferently, “Ji Tingyu, don’t let me look at you with scorn. Hand over Su Ruoxue and the others, and I shall leave all of you with complete corpses.”
Giggle!
Ji Tingyu laughed as though the flowers were blossoming in the breeze. It might just be an image, but it was very vivid and dazzling. She shook her head and her red lips lightly as she replied, “Jiang Yi, you could have lived for two more months if you didn’t come into this place. You are just seeking your own death after finding this place.”
Jiang Yi sneered and transmitted his reply, “With the likes of you? Or Dugu Qiu? The Chief Hall Master, who is such a great figure, is actually cowering? Wouldn’t you be afraid that the world would treat you like a joke?”
“Hahaha!”
A burst of resonant laughter echoed from within the Martial Arts Hall. With a flash of the barrier, the large doors opened; and Dugu Qiu walked out in large strides. He stood at the stairs in front of the palace and laughed heartily at the Thearch Palace. “Jiang Yi, do you think that this Master is afraid of you? This Master will stand here today and wouldn’t use your family to threaten you, lest you say that I am not an upright individual. Since you are already here—as long as you can kill me, you can save your family easily. Let’s just see if you have the guts!”
Buzz!
As the Thearch Palace vanished, Jiang Yi appeared in mid-air. His red hair was fluttering in the wind; he wielded the Fire Dragon Sword with blood red eyes… while he was pouring out with murderous aura.
Dugu Qiu had appeared. How could Jiang Yi let go such an opportunity?
Swish!
It didn’t matter if it was a scheme; Jiang Yi had decided to make a move. His body dove like a goshawk while he used his Massacre Intent to suppress and immobilize Dugu Qiu.
Once he landed on the ground, he rushed rapidly while he dragged the Fire Dragon Sword on the ground. As the sword drew across the ground, there was a line of sparks. He scanned across every inch of the valley with his divine senses and constantly looked for any abnormal movements.
Ten kilometers, six kilometers… three kilometers!
“Die—!”
Just as he was 1500 meters away, Jiang Yi leaped up high while the Netherworld Ghost Flames poured out from the Fire Spirit Pearl. The two fire dragons in his sword were shot out while each carried the ghost flames along with them. Jiang Yi had used the fusion martial skill that he didn’t use for a long time!
“Keke! An insect trying to shake the heavens. Jiang Yi, today, I will let you see the Martial Arts Hall’s true foundation!”
Ji Tingyu was laughing in mid-air while her eyes were filled with mockery. She spread out her hands and closed her eyes. Her charming face was facing the sky with a sincere expression, just like a believer who was praying.
Right at this moment, the ground below the Hades Abyss lit up. An aura presence which caused Jiang Yi’s soul spirit to tremble had spread across the entire Hades Abyss.
