After administering a series of treatments, Du Xiaoli also felt tired. Leaving the two doctors to pay attention to the condition of the injured, she went back to her room.
“Mistress, the hot water is ready, take a bath first.” Ying Ge mentioned the hot water she had brought to Du Xiaoli's room.
“Mm, I'm really tired tonight too.” Du Xiaoli craned her neck and said tiredly.
Xia Yuan and Ying Ge retreated back to their own rooms Alone in her room, Du Xiaoli took a good bath, and the fatigue on her body dissipated a lot. Xia Yuan looked at Du Xiaoli, her face a bit worried. However, after moving her lips, she still didn't say anything.

“Who is your brother?” Du Xiaoli asked.

“Where is he now?” Du Xiaoli continued to ask.

Because the largest inn was already serving as Han Mingxiang’s resting place, they definitely couldn’t receive anyone else, so Luo Qi could only stay in other inns here.
Once Du Xiaoli heard this, she changed her clothes, took her cloak, and said, “Put something on, let's go. Ying Ge, you'd better stay here and keep an eye on the situation in the Princess's house.”
“Yes, mistress.” Ying Ge answered.
“Let's go.” Du Xiaoli put her cloak on and opened the door.
She first went to Han Mingxiang's room and spoke to her, telling her that she was going out and to find Ying Ge if there was anything. Then she went to speak to Ji Liufeng before leaving the inn with Xia Yuan.
The two of them arrived at the inn that Mu Shan had mentioned. Just as they entered, they saw Luo Qi coming out of the courtyard.
“Xiaoli, why are you here now?”
“Luo Qi-gege, I heard that Xia Yuan’s brother was injured and came over to take a look.” Du Xiaoli replied.
“Mm, then come up with me.”
Luo Qi took Du Xiaoli and the girls to the back courtyard. As soon as they entered they saw a person lying on the bed.
“I was going to wait until you came back from seeing off your relatives tomorrow to let you take a look at him.” Luo Qi said.
“How did he get hurt?” Du Xiaoli asked, pulling back the covers on Xia Hong and seeing several stab wounds on his body.
“When he was on a mission in Northern Yuan, he was injured by the barbarians there.” Luo Qi said, “By the time the three of us received news and rushed over, he was already injured. He later insisted on escaping back to Lu City with us and collapsed when he arrived here. The doctors here were all invited by me to see him, but he just couldn't regain consciousness.”
“Escaping?” Du Xiaoli keenly grasped the words in Luo Qi's words and asked, “You were chased?”
