Chapter 1311 How Do You Want to Gamble?
To ease his stomach from further problems, Elisa had been the one to decide what they ate.
Gareth's stomach had been taken care of attentively by Elisa.
After breakfast, Elisa gazed at Gareth. "What are we doing today?"
"We'll be going around," Gareth answered calmly.
Elisa didn't say anything, seemingly agreeing to his plans.
It wasn't as simple as he seemed to insinuate. If they were going around, it must have meant that he
had faced a problem or there was something he needed to inquire about immediately.
They left after packing their things.
Elisa and Gareth sat behind as Thomas drove.
They didn't exchange a single word in the car. The only sound that filled the space between them was
the purr of the engine as they continued to make their way.

Thomas only stopped the car when they arrived at their destination. He said to them softly, "We're
here."
She followed Gareth out of the vehicle.
Looking at the surroundings, they were far from the city center. Although it was a remote area, it wasn't
deserted at all.
They arrived on the doorsteps of a giant casino. Many people enjoyed gambling here, especially the
incredibly wealthy.
The name of the casino was also strikingly arrogant. Their country didn't set many rules for the
gambling industry, so it didn't matter.
The golden sign looked magnificent, and the words on the sign meant 'The Greatest Casino.'
There was a row of golden lettering below the name.
'If you do not have the guts, do not enter or you might leave shamelessly without your underwear.'

It was an apparent provocation meant to induce people who would fall prey to having their
determination questioned.
Gareth glanced towards Elisa. "Let's go in."
Elisa's eyes trembled slightly and silently followed behind him.
This casino was the largest in the whole country. Besides, Elisa remembered everything written in the
document Gareth had given her last night. The casino was owned privately by the chief of the
upcoming auction.
What's the reason Gareth is here?
Suddenly, Gareth looked at Elisa. "Do you know how to gamble?"
Elisa stared back at him. "How do you want to gamble?"
Gareth answered indifferently, "Until we become the public enemy."
Elisa's eyes froze in spot. Soon after, she answered him, "Sure."

Gareth eyes lingered on her with a strange glint, but he immediately kept his composure. He was
surprised at her answer, but the person before him was Elisa. It was within expectations for her to know
how to gamble.
At that moment, he felt Elisa wasn't a simple lady. Instead, she could potentially be the only one who
would remain by his side till the very end.
The current Elisa wasn't who she was in the past. He couldn't treat her the same way he did before.
They strutted into the casino together. The place was tens of thousands of square meters with golden
decorations everywhere. The noise was deafening, and around ten to twenty people surrounded each
rectangular table. They couldn't tell how many tables were there, nor could they estimate how many
people were inside.
Everyone only had their faces plastered to the cards and dice before them. Some of them were hitting
their thighs excitedly, while others bore gloomy faces, evidence of their losing streak.
They couldn't tell what anyone was saying as too many people were inside. At times, they would hear a
commotion happening somewhere in the casino.
Thomas followed behind Gareth and Elisa. After walking for about ten minutes, they finally stopped
when they reached the middle section of the casino.
The table in the middle section wasn't as noisy as other areas in the casino.
