Chapter 199: The Man Who Alighted From The Helicopter (Part 1)
“As per Accountant Zhang, this is not about the hundred million dollars. As long as any of you dares to violate the contract, all three of you will immediately be sent to jail.” Ji Qing appeared confused. “Didn’t you read the contract?”
“How could I possibly be jailed!” Fang Manxue nearly lost her mind. She turned to Fang Xinxin and shouted in rage. “Third sister, I’m begging you, go and request Bai Qinghao to let go of this contract!”
“I won’t! The ones who signed the contract have to take responsibility for it.” Fang Xinxin picked up her spoon and tucked into the fried rice on her plate.
“You…” Fang Manxue’s hair was nearly standing up due to anger. “If you don’t go, don’t even think about eating our Fang family’s food from now on!”
“You’ve never earned a single cent of money. What right do you have to stop me from eating the Fang family’s food?” Fang Xinxin asked calmly. She quickly finished her food and placed the plate on the table.
“I may not have the right to do so, but Mom definitely does!” Fang Manxue turned to her mother. “Mom!”
She originally thought her mother would stand on her side. To her surprise, her mother raised her voice and reprimanded her. “Manxue, stopped throwing a tantrum. Xinxin is a part of the Fang family. She is your third sister. It’s only natural for her to live and eat in the Fang home.”
She then gave Fang Manxue another look.
Fang Manxue immediately stopped talking.
Her mother did not side with her because she wanted to guide her toward the ultimate goal.
Bai Qinghao cared so much about Fang Xinxin. If they withheld food from this ugly wench, and she went to the Yu Ting Villa to eat, wouldn’t Bai Qinghao stop visiting the Fang family?
She had nearly ruined things for herself.
Fang Lilan gave Fang Xinxin a loving look. “Look, Xinxin. Mom reprimanded your second sister. I’m on your side.”
However, no matter how Fang Xinxin looked at it, she felt that Fang Lilan was being hypocritical.
Did they think she wouldn’t understand their thoughts?
Fang Lilan raised her voice toward Ji Qing. “Don’t call Accountant Zhang. We won’t violate the contract.”
Ji Qing saw that Fang Manxue did not eat the fried rice that Fang Xinxin gave her and kept her phone away.
At this moment, a loud rumbling noise could be heard from the Fang family’s yard.
Fang Xinxin and the others headed to the backyard and saw a helicopter land on the empty piece of land.
Two bodyguards alighted first. They stood to the left and right of the steps, with a two meter gap between them. They faced each other expressionlessly.
Soon, Bai Qinghao alighted from the helicopter. He was dressed in a well-fitted suit and carried a charismatic aura around him. It was an imposing sight.
The bright, afternoon sun shone behind him. It dyed the clouds in various, beautiful shades of crimson and red. The image was outstandingly beautiful and second to none!
Bai Qinghao stepped out of this picture with his blindingly attractive figure. He was imposing and powerful, as though he alone had the strength to shake the world. Everyone had to lift their heads to watch him, and their respect for him surfaced naturally.
The man was unbelievably outstanding and attractive. A peek at him alone was sufficient to cause one to be thoroughly love struck.
Fang Xinxin watched as the tall and broad figure came closer. Her emotions overwhelmed her and she nearly stopped breathing.
“Bai Qinghao!” Fang Manxue ran past Fang Xinxin in joy. She threw herself into Bai Qinghao’s arms.
However, before she could touch him, Liu Li stepped forward from the row of bodyguards and held her back. “Second Lady Fang, our Boss is not here to see you.”
Fang Manxue’s expression turned awkward. However, she smiled and ignored Liu Li’s words. “I’m really moved that CEO Bai came here.”
Fang Lilan put on a welcoming smile. “It is the Fang family’s greatest honour to have CEO Bai visit our home…”
Bai Qinghao’s expression was cold and stern. He did not waste his breath on the Fang family.
He shifted his frigid gaze onto Fang Xinxin. “Come here!”
