Huo Jinfeng heaved a sigh of relief when he noticed that they did not get into a fight. He waved his hand at Huo Wanying. "Sometimes, it can't be helped, so just forget it."
Huo Wanying lowered her eyes to conceal the self-deprecation in her eyes.
She naturally knew what her mother had done.
She did not stop her mother for selfish reasons.
