As soon as Xia Ning went out of the bathroom in her nightgown, she saw Qiao Yu sitting on the sofa playing with his cell phone. She showed surprise, for she did not find him enjoying playing with his cell phone before.
Now it seemed that everything changed. Frankly speaking, he seemed to be more like a present-day young man.
Being aware of her movement in the room, Qiao Yu turned off his cell phone, stood up, and said to Xia Ning, “During your bath, your cell phone rung many times.”
Xia Ning nodded with an instant flicker of emotion in her eyes, “Thank you.” Saying so, she went straight to the bedside table to pick up her cell phone.
