The Dawn Of The New World Chapter 1110 Peeking In

The creature was well over 40 meters tall but because of the darkness they couldn't see it very well until they were almost on top of it. At first glance, its threatening pseudo-profound realm aura made both Han Rong and Zou Huan want to turn back but when they got a good luck at what was happening inside the pit they were left utterly speechless.
It was roaring and raging almost as if it had lost its mind fighting a figure that was not much bigger than an ant in comparison. Its multiple limbs lashed out in every possible direction like steel whips but they were hitting just the afterimages more often than not.
Zou Huan tried to inch closer but the moment his hand reached into the pit he felt the gravity increase by more than 30 fold which startled him even more.
'There is a law covering the whole place, be careful not to go too far,' he warned Han Rong internally.
*BOOM*BOOM*BOOM*
Another series of explosions rang out that made the entire ground shake.
The creature's opponent was a human whose arms were covered in bright red flames that sent out massive ethereal claws every time he struck out. The claws didn't look human in design and every time they even came close to the creature its body was shredded like paper.
He moved about completely unhindered by the increased forces appearing in one place after another as if it was nothing.
'Is that short-range teleportation? How can he do that so often without destabilizing the space around him?'
He was going toe to toe and even surpassing the creature in more ways than just one.
The first thing that caught their eyes was obviously his fighting style which was not something they had not seen before. He was able to create long-range attacks barehanded without using anything other than his own manifested Qi.
There were two 10-meter-long draconic claws hovering above him and whenever he attacked they would move in unison and be the executors of his will. He was actually materializing a part of whatever ancient beast it was derived from.
To be able to do something of this level required not only an intrinsic knowledge of the technique but the level of the technique itself must also surpass the Saint Realm at the very least.
But perhaps what was even more surprising was the force behind his physical attacks because even though he was dodging the majority of the creature's assaults some of them still managed to connect with him but he either deflected them with brute force or took them head-on without too much trouble.
And the reason why this was so shocking was-
'That person is only in the Spirit Realm!' Han Rong almost screamed out loud.
'WHAT?!' Zou Huan tried to focus on the human but due to Han Rong's spell most of his spiritual sense was locked down.
And since he was already much weaker than him spiritually there was not much he could do other than go off of his own senses and battle instincts to get a sense of the situation. He paid close attention to his movements and couldn't help but doubt Han Rong's words.
'Are you sure? The power behind his punches is not something a mere Spirit Realm cultivator can manage.'
'What do you mean?'
'I mean that man might be almost as powerful as me if I am able to use my full strength,' Zou Huan commented with a heavy heart.
He was originally a Profound Realm Stage 9 expert but after coming to this world not only was their cultivation reduced to peak Spirit Realm but their physical abilities were also greatly affected.
Han Rong took another good look at the person in question and nodded, 'Without a doubt. Spirit Realm peak stage, half a step into profound realm but not quite there yet. His connection is...blocked it feels like. Wait, why does he seem so familiar?'
But no matter how hard he tried his spiritual sense could not penetrate the Qi surrounding the man.
Han Rong's eyes changed. His pupils disappeared and in their place were two revolving golden discs. He whispered, 'Reveal what lays concealed!' before blinking once.
In his eyes the world had come to a complete stop. Every raindrop was frozen in midair as were the creature and the human fighting against it.
Han Rong's spiritual form which was more or less his soul separated from his body and hovered into the pit toward the human. He hovered in the air between them looking at the creature first and then towards its opponent.
And when he got a good look at his face his eyes threatened to pop out of their sockets.
'Hao Xuan! I remember you! How are you still alive?!'
Overtaken by curiosity he reached out but just before he could actually come into contact with Hao Xuan's body and enter his mind palace countless hands appeared out of nowhere and grabbed a hold of him.
Han Rong felt his very soul shudder as the pressure increased around him when countless dark figures revealed themselves.
