Yun Bixue shook her head hard. She had a feeling that something was amiss.
After some time, light seemed to flash across her mind. She said, “Yun Dong, you’ve been keeping an eye on Xiajun Yanwu. You sure nothing is wrong with her?”
Yun Dong shook her head. “Ever since she was discharged I haven’t seen her come out. There shouldn’t be any problem with her for the time being.”
“Not even once?”
Yun Dong nodded.
Yun Bixue pondered a moment, then suddenly got to her feet. “Yun Dong, I suspect there’s something wrong with Xiajun Yanwu. It’s impossible for her not to come out at all and take no action. Either she’s plotting something, or the person at the princess’s residence is not the princess herself.”
Yun Dong paused in shock. “Could she have found a substitute and is actually plotting something outside right now?”
Yun Bixue slapped on the desk. “That’s right. The only possibility is she’s deploying the military forces!”
An astonished Yun Dong widened her mouth in disbelief. “Why is she deploying the troops at a time like this?”
