did not come with good tidings.

guarding the dungeon. He’s not a creature of the Soul Race but is one of their officials.”

James looked at her and said, ‘You only gathered this much information despite leaving for a few
days?”

Seeing James’ nonchalant expression, Dahlia felt her heart boil over in anger. She burst out at him.
“We’re in Hopeless City! It’s the Soul Clan’s territory! Mount Carslegh is where the Hopeless City’s Lord
stays. Even their own powerhouses aren’t permitted to enter the mountain, let alone a human like me.
It wasn’t easy for me to gather this information. If you’re so great, how about you gather intel instead?”

“Hey, watch it! Right now, you’re the one asking me to save your villagers,” said James.

our sect members will never come to the rescue.”
