Chapter 100 - TTFSO Chapter 100

The body of Yan Qin Ye stiffened for a moment, hugging Tang Si Yuan and asking eagerly: “Why would you say that?”
Tang Si Yuan pursed his dry lips and looked up to meet Yan Qin Ye’s dark pupils, and after a moment of silence, he finally spoke in a dry voice, “……You said that you hated Omegas and would never marry an Omega……”
His voice was slightly choked up, as if he had told the secret he had been hiding in his heart for years, with anxiety and nervousness.
When Yan Qin Ye heard his words, his eyes widened in surprise, and he frowned and thought for a moment. Suddenly, the anger between his brows dispersed, his eyes softened, and his voice revealed helplessness and fret: “So you heard what I said that day. No wonder……”
……
When Yan Qin Ye was still in school, because he did not want to go home to face that Omega stepmother, Lin Pei Xue, who made him feel sick, he would always stay at school for a while before leaving, sometimes to play a game of basketball, sometimes just to find a place to smoke a cigarette.
As usual that day, he was lying on the platform smoking, and unconsciously fell asleep watching the gradually setting sun. Last night, because his father was too busy at work and came home a little late, Lin Pei Xue made a lot of noise until midnight, causing the father and son to have no peace and quiet until the latter part of the night.
This was something that had never happened when his own mother was alive. His mother was understanding and had never argued with his father over work in this way, but he and his father had grown accustomed to Lin Pei Xue’s long bickering and were indifferent to it.
His real mother was a Beta and so, did not do marking with his father. After his mother’s death, Lin Pei Xue took advantage of his father’s grief when he drowned his sorrows in alcohol to use her heat to get his father to mark her. His father did not love her but had to marry her to take responsibility, being dominated by pheromones to become attached to her.
Yan Qin Ye was disgusted to the core by this mutual attraction between Alpha and Omega who had to be bound together because of their estrus and pheromones. He hated this nature and was helpless against it.
He didn’t know how long he had been asleep when he was woken by a loud noise, the sun setting in the distance into the sky, staining the large clouds red.
He looked over with a frown of impatience, only to see a group of Beta’s blocking an Omega in a corner, which turned out to be another clichéd scene of bullying the weak.
He was used to this and didn’t want to care, but as he withdrew his gaze, the Omega caught his eye.
That person was obviously a weak Omega but when he faced with a group of Beta’s, he didn’t show cowardice at all, and his eyes were as bright as a small beast. He couldn’t help but watch for a while with interest. As for why he finally rescued the Omega, he didn’t know.
He had saved an Omega for the first time, but it felt good.
He thought it was just an episode in his life, but to his surprise, a few days later, he met that Omega again on the rooftop. The Omega was dressed in a clean and neat school uniform, with a white little face and pure eyes, looking harmless and bright, not looking at all like he could take down a group of Betas.
This Omega’s name turned out to be Tang Si Yuan, and although he looked as soft as an Omega, he still had a lot of guts, like a little sparrow, chittering and chattering without stopping, and feeding him food with a big smile all the time.
Recently the canteen is being renovated, he would rather go hungry than have Lin Pei Xue prepare boxed meals for him. Anyway, it’s nothing if he doesn’t eat a meal or two, just smoke a cigarette and it will pass. Unfortunately……Tang Si Yuan doesn’t give him the chance to go hungry at all.
After Tang Si Yuan’s many days of efforts, not only did he not go hungry, but he gained a few pounds. Even his father could not help but ask him if the school canteen had recently improved its food.
Yan Qin Ye found himself looking forward to lunch break and he realised that he couldn’t go on like this, or else something was going to get out of his control.
So as soon as the canteen was renovated, he started going to the canteen to eat and never went to the rooftop again. He saw the lost look in Tang Si Yuan’s eyes but ruthlessly pretended not to see it. He did not want to be like his father, controlled by the Alpha’s nature.
Gradually, he found that he would often see Tang Si Yuan on campus, when he played basketball, when he went to the canteen, or even when school was over, Tang Si Yuan would appear in front of him intentionally or unintentionally, and surprisingly he couldn’t help but find it a bit cute and quietly watched.
On this day, he was in a bad mood because that despicable and shameless woman, Lin Pei Xue, was not only courting butterflies outside, but last night she even tried to seduce him, her stepson, while his father was not at home, and he felt sick just thinking about it.
His face had been dark all day and at noon, that sick feeling still hadn’t been suppressed, he hadn’t even bothered to eat his lunch.
He sat in the classroom with a circle of people sitting around him, joking and laughing from time to time, but he just felt irritable and suddenly missed the peace and quiet of the rooftop a little.
When someone asked him what kind of Omega he would like to marry in the future, he denied without hesitation and said that he would never marry an Omega. Lin Pei Xue’s behaviour made him sick to his stomach of Omegas.
But for some reason, at that moment he thought of that Omega who looked like a little sparrow, and wondered if he had fed anyone else egg rolls recently.
He looked out of the window at the hot sunshine and was silent for a while when he suddenly heard someone say to him: “Yan Ge, I picked up a letter at the door, looking at the name, it seems to be for you.”
He frowned slightly and picked up the love letter with some impatience. The pink envelope carried the smell of perfume. He had received countless love letters of this kind, but the smell of this one inexplicably made him feel a little familiar, and he opened it unconsciously.
It turned out to be written by Tang Si Yuan.
It turned out that Tang Si Yuan liked him.
He looked at the neat and beautiful handwriting, and his heart was filled with a dense and complex feeling. For a moment, he could not tell whether it was sweet or sour. He had never felt this way before, and he didn’t know what it represented. All he knew was that he wouldn’t be with an Omega.
He put the love letter back in the envelope and threw it towards the trash, but at the last moment when it was about to come out of his hand, he took it back and carefully clipped it into his dictionary.
When his father’s accident happened, all his family and friends were too scared to even say a word to him, and Lin Pei Xue couldn’t wait to take away what little money the family had left. He could only accept it blandly, nothing was more important than his father’s safety at this moment. After dealing with his family affairs, he went back to school exhausted.
On the way, everyone was looking at him with strange eyes and talking secretly about something. He ignored it because he believed in his father, his father’s integrity and honesty, and he was proud of his father, not ashamed of him.
As he walked to the school building, he couldn’t help but pause in his steps. Tang Si Yuan, with a pale little face, was standing at the door of his classroom, and there was no mockery or probing in Tang Si Yuan’s eyes, only a strong look of worry.
His expression changed only slightly and he quickly regained his composure, or rather indifference, as he walked forward without casting a sidelong glance. When he brushed past Tang Si Yuan, he did not turn his head to look at him, nor did he say a word to him, as if he did not see the worry in Tang Si Yuan’s eyes, and calmly walked past.
Now he would only drag Tang Si Yuan down with him, and Tang Si Yuan’s eyes should not fall on him, but he should stay away from him completely and utterly like everyone else.
But surprisingly, his indifference did not succeed in stopping Tang Si Yuan, who was the only one who foolishly came over to him when everyone else dared not approach him, saying that he not only wanted to help him, but also that he wanted to keep him.
He wanted to laugh at that moment, but there was more sadness and sorrow in his heart.
Tang Si Yuan’s gaze looked clean and pure, unversed in the world and unaware of sorrow, and now that he was deep in the swamp, how could he allow Tang Si Yuan to accompany him into the darkness.
He was silent for a moment, and could only say in a cold and undulating voice: “I want to see my father, if you can do that, I will agree to be kept by you.”
He made an almost impossible request, for Zhang Zong Liang would not let his father see anyone at all, nor would he give his father the opportunity to pass on news to the outside. Tang Si Yuan, a high school student, would not be able to do anything about it.
He thought that Tang Si Yuan would back down and completely give up the idea of keeping him, but to his surprise, he would suddenly receive a phone call from Li Fei that night. Li Fei said on the phone that Tang Si Yuan had asked for help from Li Dong Qiang. Li Fei had something on and had to leave first. Tang Si Yuan had just had a drink, and Li Fei told him to know to repay one’s kindness. Later, he would personally pick up Tang Si Yuan and send him home.
After hearing Li Fei’s words, he could not help but look pale. Li Dong Qiang was one of the people who framed his father, so how could he help him? There was no doubt that Li Dong Qiang was deceiving Tang Si Yuan and had an ulterior motive.
He immediately arrived at the place that Li Fei mentioned with the fastest speed, pushed the door open and saw a scene that made him so angry that his eye sockets were about to split open. Li Dong Qiang held Tang Si Yuan in his arms, his eyes filled with lust, and Tang Si Yuan was flush. It was obvious that he was already in heat. He couldn’t describe the feeling at that moment. He wanted to kill Li Dong Qiang, but his rational made him stop. His father was still waiting for him to save him and he couldn’t have an accident. Tang Si Yuan was panting hot breaths in his arms and he didn’t have time to tangle with Li Dong Qiang here. He strode out of the restaurant with Tang Si Yuan in his arms.
An Omega in heat smelled so sweet and tempting that he used all his strength to barely hold it back and just gave the Omega a temporary mark.
It turned out that pheromone ties weren’t so distasteful, or at least he gained a huge sense of satisfaction in his heart when he gave Tang Si Yuan a temporary mark.
For the first time he was frantic to possess an Omega, frantic to leave his scent permanently on an Omega’s body, though he wasn’t in a position to do that, he wasn’t in a position to completely mark an Omega now, he didn’t even know where his future lay.
Yet he had to admit that he had fallen for an Omega and felt wonderful about it.
That night, he looked at Tang Si Yuan’s serene sleeping face for a long time and couldn’t help but lower his head and kiss Tang Si Yuan’s bare forehead almost reverently.
What a little fool, he couldn’t refuse it even if he wanted to.
When the sun rose in the morning, he agreed to be kept by Tang Si Yuan.
He needed to get Zhang Zong Liang’s people to let their guard down, to make Zhang Zong Liang think that he was an incompetent and pleasure-hungry man who had no intention of avenging his father, so that he would have enough time to gather evidence, and no doubt ‘being kept’ was a good way to do that.
If he was destined to owe someone, then he would prefer that person to be Tang Si Yuan, because Tang Si Yuan was the one person he was willing to spend his life paying back.
In the past few years, Tang Si Yuan has been very insipid, as if he was just an ordinary kept partner, never mentioning a word related to liking again.
After a long time, he couldn’t help but start to be a little unsure about the authenticity of the letter back then. If not for the fact that the handwriting on the letter was indeed Tang Si Yuan’s, he would have begun to wonder if the letter he saw at the time was someone else pretending to be Tang Si Yuan, or if Tang Si Yuan was just acting on a whim.
As a kept partner, he could not take the initiative to say the word like, because his love was no longer pure when it was tainted with money and exploitation. He owed Tang Si Yuan his whole life, and he was not qualified to pursue Tang Si Yuan.
After hearing the conversation between Tang Si Yuan and his Ge Ge, he finally could not resist using the child to test his place in Tang Si Yuan’s heart. If Tang Si Yuan loved him, he would be willing to do whatever he could for him, and if Tang Si Yuan did not love him, then he would try to bear the pain and let go.
But after experiencing life and death, he found that he could not easily let go of Tang Si Yuan. In the moment of life and death, his mind was only filled with Tang Si Yuan, and he thought that maybe he could be despicable and carry the burden of debt to try to pursue Tang Si Yuan.
Now, finally, without the threat of Zhang Zong Liang, he could give Tang Si Yuan a secure and worry-free future.
After he is discharged from the hospital, he will buy a ring and propose to Tang Si Yuan, he will treat Tang Si Yuan well for the rest of his life, he wants to start a family with Tang Si Yuan.
If Tang Si Yuan agrees, he is willing to devote everything he has to Tang Si Yuan, including his heart and the rest of his life.
But Tang Si Yuan ran away, at a time when he was full of expectations for the future, leaving him alone in the hospital, lonely, without candy and without the person he liked.
He didn’t know what else he could do, he didn’t know if this was Tang Si Yuan’s answer. He could only return to their home alone and wait quietly, waiting for Tang Si Yuan to perhaps return.
At night, he finally waited for his Xiao Tang Shao. The little spoon’s body was full of alcohol and his eyes were full of grievances and pain. The smell of alcohol made him angry, but the grievances in his eyes made his heart ache. His heart hurt and he didn’t know what to do, but it turned out that everything was just because of a misunderstanding from before.
……
For a moment, he did not know whether to cry or to laugh.
His eyebrows were tightly knitted, and he lowered his head and gave Tang Si Yuan a fierce kiss on the lips, “You just thought I didn’t like you because you heard what I said back then?”
“En……I was also afraid that you hated me because of the thing about being kept, and you wouldn’t even mark me……” Tang Si Yuan’s voice was getting smaller and smaller, trailing off unconsciously with some grievances.
He had once heard that an Alpha’s possessiveness is extremely strong, and to their own Omega, they are anxious to hide them, not even willing to give others a glance, but he had slept with Yan Qin Ye for several years, and Yan Qin Ye hadn’t even marked him completely, it can be seen that Yan Qin Ye really doesn’t like him.
“I’m just worried that I’m not qualified……” Yan Qin Ye laughed bitterly, repentantly, and could only hold him tightly, firmly in his lap.
Tang Si Yuan frowned slightly, then seemed to suddenly think of something, his eyes brightened, and his voice unconsciously carried hope, “You mean……you do want to mark me?”
“En.” Yan Qin Ye rubbed the tip of his nose with his nose, looked into his eyes, and said in a gentle but firm voice, “Xiao Tang Shao, I like you.”
A flower seemed to blossom in Tang Si Yuan’s heart, instantly dissipating the sourness and gloom within, his eyes blinking brightly as he murmured and repeated, “You like me?”
“En.” The corners of Yan Qin Ye’s mouth curved up as he looked at him and asked in a soft voice: “Do you like me?”
Tang Si Yuan looked at him, his eyes growing brighter and brighter, the corners of his mouth curling up, his voice unconsciously sweet and soft, “Like, especially so.”
He only liked Yan Qin Ye in this world, the kind of like where he is willing to give Yan Qin Ye a child.
The corners of Yan Qin Ye’s mouth bloomed into a brilliant smile as he lowered his head and gently kissed Tang Si Yuan’s lips.
……
The love of two cowards, fortunately they finally mustered up the courage to speak their minds.
