Wild Princess: Marrying an Ugly Prince Chapter 242 - The Ink-blood Tower Turned Out in Full Force

Chapter 242 The Ink-blood Tower Turned Out in Full Force

The soldiers outside the post house were all a little perplexed by Bai Aoxue’s sudden appearance.
Seeing that Bai Aoxue rushed towards the stable, some soldiers looked at each other in speechless despair, knowing more or less about the reason why Bai Aoxue went to the stable in their hearts. It was not a good time to walk a horse.
Unless… Bai Aoxue would leave here!
Following Bai Aoxue to the stable, the officers and men wanted to stop Bai Aoxue from leaving in time, but they didn’t find anything unusual about her.
There was a stalemate on both sides.
Those people who wanted to stop Bai Aoxue dared not to act since Qi Liange had told them not to hurt Bai Aoxue before. They were afraid that once they acted, they would hurt Bai Aoxue. In this case, they would be sentenced to death at that time!
Bai Aoxue didn’t intend to kill those innocent people indiscriminately, but these men would not make way for her at all. Taking a look at the soldiers before her deeply, she thought for a while and roughly came to understand that Qi Liange told them not to hurt her. She had an idea in her heart.
Bai Aoxue touched Xiaobai’s horsehair gently and said slowly, “Xiaobai, go ahead in full force later. Don’t be afraid.”
After saying that, she turned over to mount the horse.
“Go ahead!” Bai Aoxue yelled softly when she raised the rein gently.
Xiaobai lifted its four hooves and galloped out quickly as if it understood Bai Aoxue’s words.
As Xiaobai lifted its four hooves, Bai Aoxue raised the long whip in her hand, scaring away the soldiers who intended to approach her.
As soon as Jun Yeyan chased Bai Aoxue out of the post house, he saw Bai Aoxue’s figure pass by him.
The silent words came from her light red lips. Her phoenix-like eyes were like the crescent moon that was dyed red in the sky, showing some resolution. They were very pretty and coquettish.
Watching Bai Aoxue’s figure, Jun Yeyan naturally heard what she said to him when she came to him.
“I will leave now.”
These simple words demonstrated her determination and persistence.
She would go to the Mobei Dynasty, and nobody could stop her, even including Jun Yeyan.
Although she knew that the road was full of peril, she would still proceed without hesitation. Then what could he do? And what could he say to stop her?
Bai Aoxue scared the soldiers off with her whip all the way, rushing out of the trap to the city gate. And a soldier among them, who had already raised the longbow, was ready to shoot Xiaobai that was hurtling.
“Right! Shoot the horse to death! Stop Miss Bai from leaving here!” Someone said loudly.
The man holding the longbow was just about to shoot, but a weird iron fan already cut open his throat.
“Sorry. Since my master wants to leave, nobody can stop her!” Liushuang said slowly with his pretty and coquettish peach-blossom-like eyes blinking gently.
Grasping the iron fan tightly in his hand, Liushuang was ready to leave, leading a horse.
“The emperor has given the order! Everybody is forbidden to leave. Kill anybody who puts up resistance, except Miss Bai!” The general among those soldiers said in a deep voice while looking at Liushuang, with a homicidal intent revealed in his eyes.
On hearing the words of the general, Jun Yeyan slightly darkened his phoenix-like eyes. Qi Liange was really so persistent to Xue.
Liushuang said lightly while looking at Jun Yeyan, “The 5th Princess, these small-beer people are left to your subordinates. It seems that the emperor cares about my master very much. I will go to find my master first.”
He had no interest in the personal grudges between Jun Yeyan and Qi Liange at all.
Qi Liange might have his own plan by doing so. Since he began to stop Bai Aoxue here, the city gate was definitely the same. And Bai Aoxue’s emotion was not stable at all at this moment, so Liushuang was concerned about Bai Aoxue very much.
Hearing Liushuang’s words, Jun Yeyan’s long and narrow slanted eyes were narrowed slightly.
“They are left to you.” Jun Yeyan said slowly while looking at Li Xiao and others behind him.
“Master, you can be at ease. We will fulfill the task definitely and then go to meet you!” Li Xiao and others said in a low and deep voice.
Seeing that Zhao had brought the horse here, Jun Yeyan jumped up and mounted the horse. Then he said while looking at Liushuang, “She is my wife, so I should be the one who is concerned about her. It’s none of your business.”
After saying that, he raised the rein and went in the direction where Bai Aoxue left.
Such a fool! Even if she wanted to go to the Mobei Dynasty, he would accompany her! Why was she so stubborn? Couldn’t she rely on him?
She should be taught a lesson after she was caught by him!
Thinking about this, Jun Yeyan pushed the horse to move forward faster.
Watching Jun Yeyan follow Bai Aoxue to leave, Liushuang was unwilling to lag behind and kept up with him immediately.
On this side, Bai Aoxue who left first went all the way to the city gate, believing that Qi Liange would not let her leave the Nanyue Dynasty certainly since he had blocked all of her routes of retreat now.
No matter what she did, Qi Liange would send his men to chase her. So, she would go out of the city gate directly.
She didn’t have time to act in a roundabout way with Qi Liange.
But Bai Aoxue who went directly to the city gate didn’t expect that Qi Liange was also heading for the gate with his subordinates.
Luckily, Qi Liange had gone out of the city to rescue Qi Muyuan, who was still controlled by Liu Muwei and his daughter.
“Stop! Now the gate is closed. According to the order made by the emperor, anyone is forbidden to go out of the city at this moment.” The soldier guarding the city came up to stop Bai Aoxue when seeing her.
Bai Aoxue turned over and got down from the horse. She walked to the side of the soldier and said lightly, “I have something urgent. Could you please give me a favor?” Bai Aoxue said, giving the soldier several bank notes.
And that soldier was obviously surprised to receive so many bank notes from Bai Aoxue who was so generous.
The soldier raised his head and looked Bai Aoxue up and down. Then he received her bank notes. Thinking in his mind that it was not a big deal to let a female get out of the city, he ordered the men behind him and said, “Open the gate a bit.”
Bai Aoxue also gave the bank notes to the men behind the soldier in time, saying softly, “Please give me a favor.”
The soldiers guarding the city gate were all rude and wild guys. Seeing that Bai Aoxue was so delicate and effeminate, they did not have the heart to refuse her, planning to let her out.
But they didn’t think more about the reason why a female went out of the city at this time at all.
While Bai Aoxue breathed a sigh of relief gently. It was lucky that she just stayed here for a short time that day, and these people didn’t remember her. If they remembered her face, it would be terrible.
“Thanks very much.” Bai Aoxue said gently. After saying that, she led Xiaobai to walk out of the gate which was opened.
As soon as she went out of the gate, Bai Aoxue turned over and mounted the horse immediately, leaving quickly.
But the city gate which was just about to be closed was blocked by a stake that appeared out of thin air. Seeing that, the soldiers guarding the city were all alert. Then, a dark figure passed quickly before their eyes.
As the dark figure disappeared, several more figures followed closely behind it.
“Close the city gate quickly!” Someone shouted eventually, moving the stake away quickly, and the heavy gate was closed.
It was Jun Yeyan and his subordinates who went out of the gate.
Looking at the figure in the distance, Jun Yeyan caught up rapidly.
“Xue!” Jun Yeyan shouted loudly.
On hearing the familiar voice, Bai Aoxue’s hands that held the rein paused spontaneously, making Xiaobai’s paces slow down a little.
“Why are you here?” Bai Aoxue said slowly while looking at Jun Yeyan who caught up with her.
Watching Bai Aoxue’s red eyes, Jun Yeyan felt as if his heart was struck with a blunt instrument, hurting violently.
“Just as I said, I will accompany you wherever you go. Since he is also my uncle, I cannot leave him alone in the Mobei Dynasty, not knowing whether he is dead or alive, while I am free and unfettered here.” Jun Yeyan said while looking at Bai Aoxue firmly, with his eyes gleaming.
On hearing Jun Yeyan’s words, Bai Aoxue was slightly touched. But when she thought of what Jun Wuhen had done, she then replied in a deep and low voice, “It won’t do good to you if you go to the Mobei Dynasty with me at this moment. I can go there alone. You should return to the Chengxi Dynasty to deal with things you need to do. When I come back, I will settle it up with Jun Wuhen.”
Hearing Bai Aoxue’s words, Jun Yeyan’s narrow and long phoenix-like eyes were not as deep as before. He legibly looked at Bai Aoxue and said, “Just as I said, I will accompany you wherever you go. You can’t leave me and go ahead alone.”
Hearing the words of Jun Yeyan and watching his determined look in the eyes, Bai Aoxue felt slightly warm in the heart as if she was bathed in the warm sun, feeling very comfortable.
When she was just about to answer, Jun Yeyan and Bai Aoxue both turned cold in the eyes and then leaned over to dodge some sharp arrows shooting towards them in the dark. As Jun Yeyan rolled up his sleeves, the strong wind went directly to the place where the sharp arrows came from.
“Get out of there.” Jun Yeyan said in a deep voice.
In the dark, as some piles of torches appeared flickeringly, many masked men in black appeared around Jun Yeyan and others.
“They…?” Looking at the people who surrounded them, Bai Aoxue asked in a low voice.
Seeing the masked men, Jun Yeyan had known in his mind the truth. According to what Bai Suxue said in the post house just now, he knew that the Ink-blood Tower must have taken some actions.
Now it seemed to be true.
Jun Yeyan looked at the men besieging them in disdain, saying scornfully, “Mo Yilou, don’t you still plan to show up until now?”
On hearing the words of Jun Yeyan and the last name, Mo, Bai Aoxue roughly came to understand in her mind who they were.
“Master, you should go first with Princess. We will hold the rear.” Zhao already drew his double knives out, which shone with pretty and coquettish lights under the moonlight which was dyed red.
Bai Aoxue only paid attention to talking with Jun Yeyan just now, not realizing that Zhao, Li Xiao, and others had come here.
“The beauty must be the chief culprit of hurting Suxue, right?” A cold and gruesome voice sounded behind Bai Aoxue.
Bai Aoxue constricted her pupils immediately. Unexpectedly, she didn’t detect the enemy until the enemy approached her.
Now, since it was impossible to elude, Bai Aoxue leaned back slightly and escaped from his attack, grasping her daggers in the sleeves tightly.
The man wanted to attack again, but it was too late. Jun Yeyan waved his hand and gave a slap. He directly attacked the man with the internal force which seemed to be about to destroy the world.
The man dodged without haste and said while looking at Jun Yeyan, “Why? I just want to touch this beauty, but you are so angry. It is not like your style.”
“Mo Yilou, you can touch anyone else, but you don’t deserve to touch her!” Jun Yeyan said coldly while looking at the man with strange runes covering his face.
His words were arrogant, absolute, and ruthless, making people terrified to shiver.
“Since you said so, I want to touch her more. I will destroy whatever you like at all costs!” The man said in excitement.
After saying that, he attacked Bai Aoxue again, obviously not caring about Jun Yeyan’s warning.
An iron fan passed over the man’s face, cutting open his skin.
“I think…, the lord of the Ink-blood Tower ignored me. How dare you humiliate my master!” Liushuang looked at the man lightly, and his eyes were full of intentions of killing him.
“Ho… She turns out to be the master of Liushuang. But I do not know what to do. I have fallen in love with this beauty. Although she is Liushuang’s master, I can only offend you!” After saying this, he leaped up and came to Bai Aoxue.
Seeing that the man looked her up and down in such an unscrupulous manner and was so defiant, Bai Aoxue curled her lips slightly, with her phoenix-like eyes shining with a cold light.
“Hiss!” The sound of the clothes being torn was particularly loud in this quiet place.
Mo Yilou looked at his arm which was scratched in surprise. He stretched out his tongue to lick the blood away, looking at Bai Aoxue with his eye filled with interest.
Bai Aoxue looked at Mo Yilou and said coldly, “I still keep Bai Suxue alive, and I just wait to see which one of you will die first.”
