When Xue Lin was out of the restaurant, her brother-in-law came after her. "Xiao Lin, wait! You cannot act like this. Apologize to everyone." He grabbed her slender left arm.

She sat down on the wet floor and covered her face with her legs and hands.
When she felt empty inside, only then she stood up and turned off the shower. She dried herself and then dragged her tired body to bed. Her body felt heavy. After covering herself with a comforter, the swollen eyes finally closed.
