"What are you trying to say?" Evelyn remained alert, for she knew a man like Ryan would only approach her with a

purpose in mind. Now that he was here, it meant he had a new idea, and this new idea required her assistance.

"What I want is fairly easy. I want you to head to the research center tomorrow and verify if Nicole is still alive."

Ryan lazily rose to his feet and patted away the dust on his body.

"What?" Evelyn frowned slightly. Although she did plan on visiting Nicole the next day, she and Ryan had different

purposes, so would she be harming Colton if she agreed to Ryan's request?
