As he held the phone, there was a long pause before Si Zhengting said slowly, “Let’s quicken the process.”
“Yes, Sir.”
After the call ended, Ji Chen immediately passed down instructions to the two bodyguards who were attached to Mi Nuo. This led to Mi Nuo being targeted by an assassin again. Hence, when Mi Nuo was pushed into the water, the two of them simply stood by the shore and watched.
In the river, a suffocating pain attacked Mi Nuo’s organs suddenly, causing her to feel an unprecedented sense of fear!
