Han Zhifan didn’t plan on telling her the truth, so he half-heartedly said, “Just a resort.”
She wasn’t stupid; she could tell he was lying to her. They had been together for so long, and he had been to resorts before.
She continued to ask him several times but she didn’t notice how the expression on the driver’s face at the front of the car changed. After all, she was the woman he was serious about and not some random woman he was messing with at a hotel.
Although over two years had passed, she could still clearly remember how happy she was, hearing him say that.
