Zhou Shuang heard his remarks and it riled her up. She sprang upright and bellowed, “Get lost now!”
“Alright. Stop making a fuss and go to sleep.” Lu Yinan grinned at her and coaxed her gently. He stretched his hands and pulled her into his embrace. He gave her a light peck on her cheek and said, “Let’s get along in peace and not bicker anymore, all right?”
