The Perfect Destiny Chapter 152: After Marriage

Chapter 152: After Marriage

Translator: StormFrost
Cozy Life
Zhou Yi and Chen Liguo got married in Country B.
The two held an official wedding ceremony. Both Chen Liguo's younger sister and Zhou Yi's parents were present.
Xu Shulian cried as though the one getting married was herself. While she fixed up Chen Liguo's suit, she told him that if Zhou Yi bullied him he should come find her.
Chen Liguo was helpless and asked whether she would help beat him if he found her.
Xu Shulian said that although she was very thin and weak her family's dog was very strong and there would be no problem finding a few friends to kill Zhou Yi together--The dog was Xu Shulian's boyfriend. He had learned boxing.
Zhou Yi wore a black suit. He stood to the side watching them. The boutonniere at his chest was very unusual, it was a very cute little mushroom.
When Chen Liguo saw his boutonniere his entire person was dumbfounded. He asked him why he wanted to wear a little mushroom.
Zhou Yi kissed the side of Chen Liguo's face and said, "Don't you always think that you're a little mushroom?"
Chen Liguo's face turned red. He asked him how he knew.
Zhou Yi hmphed and said, "The things I know are a lot."
Chen Liguo stared at the little mushroom for a while and asked, "Where did you find this little mushroom?"
Zhou Yi said, "Flew it over."
The little mushroom had a bright color, indicating that it was the sort that was poisonous and inedible. Ivy vines twined around it. It was unexpectedly fascinating.
Chen Liguo asked, "Then why is there only an ivy for my boutonniere?"
Zhou Yi said, "Because I am an ivy ah." No matter the heat nor the cold, always surrounding the little mushroom, guarding him, protecting him.
Chen Liguo thought, 'You are not an ivy. You're obviously a sunflower……'
Before the wedding started Chen Liguo met Zhou Yi's parents.
Zhou Yi's mother still had a light look and a smile on her face. It was as though it wasn't a big deal for her son to get married to another man.
She looked at Chen Liguo then said to Zhou Yi, "Zhou Yi, how did you trick this child over?"
Zhou Yi said, "It took quite a lot of effort."
Zhou Yi's mother said, "I can tell. But this child is worth it."
Chen Liguo stood at the side at a loss, feeling like this was completely different from the plot he had imagined.
Zhou Yi's mother said, "Life is lived by yourself and whatever you choose to do is your own matter. There is no need to mind what others think."
Zhou Yi nodded.
Zhou Yi's mother's family background was very good and because of this she suffered a lot of criticism after choosing Zhou Yi's father who had married once before already. Many people could not understand why such an excellent woman like her would choose a divorced man. However, time gave those people the answer, as Zhou Yi's mother was very happy now.
Zhou Yi's father's expression was very solemn but he did not say anything in opposition.
"How about you two go sit." Zhou Yi said. "It's going to start soon."
Zhou Yi's mother nodded and sat in the family member's seats together with her husband.
"Your parents actually don't object?" Chen Liguo asked. "I had thought……"
Zhou Yi said, "My mother didn't smash you with a check like you imagined, are you disappointed?"
Chen Liguo: "……" Yi, how'd ya know?
Zhou Yi pinched Chen Liguo's face and said, "Your expression was too obvious."
When the sound of the wedding music could be heard Zhou Yi led Chen Liguo by the hand onto the red carpet.
The lovely little flower girls sprinkled bright rose petals along the entire way. Everything here was better than Chen Liguo's dreams. When exchanging rings Chen Liguo even wondered if he was dreaming.
Zhou Yi sensed Chen Liguo's tension and reached out to gently pinch the palm of Chen Liguo's hand.
Chen Liguo came back to himself, his palms were all hot and sweaty.
After exchanging rings the two kissed in front of the guests.
Zhou Yi kissed earnestly. He didn't let go until Chen Liguo was short of breath.
Chen Liguo's eyes were wet. He watched as Zhou Yi smiled gently.
The wedding went smoothly without a hitch. At night Zhou Yi pushed Chen Liguo down on the big red bed then peeled him clean.
Chen Liguo's skin looked even whiter when put in contrast with the red sheets. Zhou Yi's appetite was greatly whetted and he completely swallowed Chen Liguo down to even his bones.
As expected, Chen Liguo couldn't get up the next day.
Zhou Yi hugged him and said that he had a surprise for Chen Liguo.
Chen Liguo asked what surprise.
Zhou Yi said, "I found the place where your parents were buried."
Chen Liguo was stunned then immediately asked in astonishment, "You found it? Where?"
Zhou Yi said, "In City B."
Actually, it wasn't easy to find Chen Liguo's parents. There were no clues left by the person who sent Chen Liguo to the orphanage that year nor did anyone attempt to look for him.
However, fortunately the final perfect world gave Zhou Yi a hint. He first went to check the accidents that occurred the year Chen Liguo was put into the orphanage and found a couple who passed away in an accident.
With the thread in hand the rest of the truth was soon unraveled.
Chen Liguo's surname was not Chen, nor was he abandoned by his parents. He only had the terrible luck of meeting bad hearted relatives.
Shortly after Chen Liguo's birth his parents were both killed in an accident. Because it was so sudden they had not yet prepared a will before they left.
According to the law Chen Liguo should have inherited most of the inheritance but the legal system was full of loopholes at the time, so Chen Liguo's ill intentioned relatives took advantage of it. They sent Chen Liguo to the orphanage and monopolized his family's property.
In the end, Chen Liguo was not abandoned by his parents. If his parents were still alive he would have been their precious darling, growing up in a pot of honey like the previous world.
Hearing this, Chen Liguo's tears fell.
Zhou Yi hugged him and said, "Don't cry, don't cry. I can be your father too in the future."
Hearing this, Chen Liguo's tears inexplicably went back. He thought, 'Zhou Yi, you bastard, still taking advantage of me at a time like this.'
Three days after the wedding ended, Zhou Yi brought Chen Liguo to his parents' cemetery.
The cemetery was full of lush tall pine trees. It was currently summer but a cool breeze blew through the cemetery and not the slightest bit of the summer heat could be felt.
Zhou Yi and Chen Liguo found his parents' tombstone. As soon as they saw it they could tell that no one had cleaned it in a long time. Moss was growing on it and there were no offerings placed whatsoever.
Chen Liguo took a wet towel and little by little cleaned up the stains on the tombstone. Afterwards he knelt down and kowtowed to his parents.
"Dad, Mom." Chen Liguo said. "I've come back to see you. My name is Chen Liguo and I have a very good life. Here with me is Zhou Yi, he is your daughter-in-law."
Zhou Yi, who was called 'daughter-in-law' by Chen Liguo did not fight with him this time but respectfully knelt down and kowtowed.
Chen Liguo said, "I miss you very much and will come to see you often in the future. Don't worry, I'm doing very well."
He put three burning incense in the soil before the tombstone then placed down all the offerings he had brought.
On that day Chen Liguo stayed in front of the tombstone for a long time. Midway through Zhou Yi left for a little while to give Chen Liguo some alone time with his parents.
As for what Chen Liguo said to his parents in this time, Zhou Yi did not know. He only knew that when Chen Liguo returned the rims of his eyes were red. Evidently he had cried.
"Let's go." After sweeping the tomb, Chen Liguo said, "Thank you Zhou Yi."
Zhou Yi rubbed his head and said, "Good, there's me to accompany you."
Chen Liguo laughed.
This matter was considered a closed case for Chen Liguo but Zhou Yi could not let go. He would not allow anyone who had bullied Chen Liguo before to escape. However those evil hearted relatives had swallowed Chen Liguo's things at that time was however he wanted them to spit them out.
Half a year later Zhou Yi gave Chen Liguo another big surprise. He brought Chen Liguo to see a house.
At first Chen Liguo thought that this house was another one of Zhou Yi's investments but after walking in and spotting a picture that hung in the center of the living room he understood what this house signified.
In the picture a happy family of three were all smiling. The mother held the baby and the father held the mother.
The still under a year old Chen Liguo was laughing and dribbling over his mother's chest but his mother didn't care the slightest.
Chen Liguo held the photo and cried loudly.
Zhou Yi said, "Your father's surname was Wang. Your original name was Wang Ziqi."
Chen Liguo said, "This name is really pleasant to hear."
Zhou Yi rubbed him and said, "Chen Liguo sounds nice too."
Chen Liguo said with a smile, "Chen Liguo is the name my dean chose."
Although Chen Liguo left the orphanage at a very young age he often went back to visit. After all, if there was no orphanage he would not even have this life.
Zhou Yi asked, "Do you want to change your name back?"
Chen Liguo thought about it and said there was no need, saying he could live well even if he was named Chen Liguo.
Later, Chen Liguo asked Zhou Yi about his relatives. Zhou Yi joked that they were put into barrels then cemented, and thrown into the sea by him.
Chen Liguo questioned, "You wouldn't really do this would you?"
Zhou Yi chuckled and said, "How could that be, it's not as though I'm Yi Huai."
Chen Liguo: "……"
Zhou Yi said, "Dad, could it be that you want them all to be cemented?"
Chen Liguo thought about it seriously and said that he really had such flights of thoughts before.
Zhou Yi: "……"
The deed for this house was finally placed under Chen Liguo's name. When transferring the ownership Zhou Yi asked Chen Liguo if he wanted to see his relatives.
Chen Liguo didn't really care and said that they might as well see them.
So he met the aunt who had sent him to the orphanage.
His aunt was already in her sixties. When she saw Chen Liguo and Zhou Yi she appeared to shrink back. She did not say much either. It was unknown what kind of greeting Zhou Yi had given her before.
Chen Liguo looked at her and only found it somewhat novel. He originally thought that he would never have a family and did not expect one to appear. Though, such a malicious relative, Chen Liguo would rather he didn't have them.
After the transfer procedures were completed it was time for Chen Liguo to leave.
His aunt suddenly cried out and begged Chen Liguo to forgive her, saying that she had been possessed by a ghost that year and that she had always regretted it.
Chen Liguo asked, "Do you really regret it?"
His aunt nodded as though smashing garlic. She said, "Forgive me okay? I really know I'm wrong."
Chen Liguo asked, "If you really did regret it why did you never come find me?"
The aunt was tongue-tied. She stuttered, "I, I didn't dare, I was afraid that you will blame me……."
Chen Liguo said, "So you actually don't regret it. If I didn't find you, you wouldn't have even considered apologizing to me."
His aunt's face was pale. She wept until she could hardly breathe.
Chen Liguo said to Zhou Yi, "Let's go."
After going out, Zhou Yi said with a smile, "I thought you would be soft hearted."
Chen Liguo said, "Soft hearted? Why should I be soft hearted? It's them who stole my things."
Zhou Yi looked at Chen Liguo's muttering and sputtering appearance, his eyes full of laughter.
Chen Liguo met these so-called relatives of his a few times again later but they didn't say anything for when they saw Zhou Yi they would just be like rats caught by their nape by a cat.
Zhou Yi was a little annoyed by them as well. It was unknown what he told them but Chen Liguo never saw them again.
Without the need to chaotically transmigrate through worlds anymore Chen Liguo's life immediately calmed down.
However, he did not find this life drab. Instead, he enjoyed it very much.
The taste of Zhou Yi's cooking magically changed back.
Chen Liguo asked, "How in the world do you control the taste of your cooking?"
Zhou Yi said, "Guess."
Chen Liguo said, "How could I guess?"
Zhou Yi said, "If you can't guess it then I won't tell you."
Chen Liguo: "……"
Later, he was overwhelmed by his curiosity and ran to the kitchen to watch Zhou Yi cook. After watching a few times Chen Liguo asked with disbelief, "You don't actually use the exact same amount of seasoning each time do you?"
Zhou Yi mused, "You could tell?"
Chen Liguo: "……" His lover was abnormal.
Zhou Yi complemented, "So smart."
Chen Liguo always felt that Zhou Yi was an outstanding person, enough to make people bristle with anger. After living with him this notion did not change but instead deepened.
So long as Chen Liguo asked, there was almost no dish that Zhou Yi could not make.
Sometimes he felt that his work was too taxing, so he told Zhou Yi that it was fine to let the aunty do it.
As a result Zhou Yi asked with hidden bitterness, "Are you tired of me already?"
Chen Liguo: "Baby you're thinking too much….."
Zhou Yi said, "If you dare get tired of me I'll stew you into soup."
Although he said this with a smile, seemingly joking, Chen Liguo inexplicably felt that Zhou Yi was serious--So really, when exactly did his lovely sunflower unexpectedly blacken……
Life continued to go on happily.
Three years after Chen Liguo and Zhou Yi got together, Zhou Yi's half-sister, Zhou Chun tried to escape from the sanatorium.
Zhou Yi had people catch her back. She looked at Zhou Yi and shouted curses at him in a frenzy, saying to not let her out, else she would kill Zhou Yi and Chen Liguo.
Zhou Yi looked at her, his expression frosty.
"Don't make that expression--" Zhou Chun's mental state was already a little out of the norm. Her mother and father had divorced peacefully but she always wanted them to get back together. That was why Zhou Chun was so disgusted with that mother and child, even committing a deed such as pushing Zhou Yi's mother down the stairs.
In the end, Zhou Chun's final act had made her father's heart cool down completely.
Without their father's shelter, killing Zhou Chun would be as easy as killing an ant for Zhou Yi.
Zhou Yi said, "Live well inside the sanatorium for the rest of your life."
"Zhou Yi!!" Zhou Chun exclaimed, "You can't treat me like this!"
Zhou Yi was not softhearted. If there was no system, then he and Chen Liguo would have said their farewells back then. Zhou Chun had to pay for what she did.
Three years after Zhou Yi and Chen Liguo got married, Chen Liguo's younger sister, Xu Shulian, also got married.
She was four months pregnant when she got married, her belly bulging slightly. She looked beautiful in her wedding dress.
Chen Liguo and Zhou Yi attended the wedding.
After the wedding banquet and teasing the newlyweds, they went back. On their way home, Zhou Yi asked Chen Liguo if he wanted a child.
Chen Liguo was stunned as soon as he heard this. As an orphan, his biggest dream was truthfully to have a family member of his own. The simplest way would be to have a child but because Chen Liguo knew about his sexual orientation, he gave up on the idea.
So Chen Liguo replied with a laugh, "If you give birth for me I'll want it."
Zhou Yi looked at the red light in front of him and tried to make his tone seem calm. He said, "Surrogacy is well developed now, it's very simple to have a child."
"Then do you want to?" Chen Liguo asked Zhou Yi.
"No." Zhou Yi thought to himself that he absolutely didn't want to share Chen Liguo with other people, even if the other was his own child.
"Then I don't want to either." Chen Liguo seriously said. "It's enough to have you."
"Really?" Zhou Yi asked to confirm. "If you regret it later I won't give you another chance."
"No." Chen Liguo affirmed with a smile.
He ought to thank the system for allowing him to experience so many lives. He had been a father and had been a child. After coming back to this world, Zhou Yi even helped him find his parents. He did not thirst for that familial affection as he once did anymore.
Zhou Yi satisfactorily got his answer.
After arriving back home the two had a blissful night.
Chen Liguo lay in Zhou Yi's arms, their skin stuck together. He poked Zhou Yi's dimple as he chatted with him, asking, "Zhou Yiyi ah, which world did you like best?"
Zhou Yi thought about it and said, "Don't like any of them."
Chen Liguo asked, "Ah? Why?"
Zhou Yi gnashed his teeth and said, "Because everyone thought that I was raping you."
It was unknown as to what Chen Liguo thought of, but his face turned red.
Zhou Yi exclaimed, "You're even blushing!"
Chen Liguo was unwilling to admit it and said, "I am not blushing."
Zhou Yi said, "Then tell me, which one did you like the best?"
Chen Liguo said, "Me? The one I liked the most…… I like them all."
Zhou Yi was angry, so he did him for another round, leading to Chen Liguo being fucked into cries of 'aiyo aiyo'.
Finally, when he really couldn't go on anymore he quietly whispered a sentence into Zhou Yi's ear with a red face. He originally wanted to beg for mercy but how could he know that Zhou Yi, this beast, would do it even harder after hearing it.
There was no happier thing between lovers than the joining of spirit and flesh.
The next day, Chen Liguo who had played too much said that his waist hurt.
Zhou Yi said, "I'll make soup for you."
Hearing this Chen Liguo immediately said that it didn't hurt. His entire person was great, there was no need for soup.
Zhou Yi kneaded his already unable to straighten up waist and asked, "Then do it again?"
Chen Liguo: "……"
Zhou Yi saw Chen Liguo's expression and laughed. He said, "Dummy, I won't add medicinal herbs, that should be fine right?"
Chen Liguo shamelessly told him, "Daddy you're the best I love you the most."
Zhou Yi said, "Foolish son, lie down obediently."
Then he went to the kitchen to make soup.
After lying down for a moment Chen Liguo felt a little bored, so he slowly limped to the kitchen entrance and began to secretly watch his family's chef.
His family's chef had broad shoulders, a thin waist, and long legs. He wore nothing on his upper body and was barefoot. He was wearing an apron and was in the middle of washing the ingredients. Chen Liguo looked at his back and then looked from the side and got hot.
Chen Liguo: "……" Ai, they've already been married for a few years now, how come he still got hard just from looking at Mister Chef?
Mister Chef also noticed Chen Liguo's hot gaze. He turned his head and said, "Mister, what are you looking at?"
Chen Liguo walked over and kneaded his behind. He said, "Looking at how perky your butt is ah."
The chef blushed. He said, "Mister, don't be like this."
Chen Liguo asked, "Don't be like that?"
The chef said, "Mister, you have a husband."
Chen Liguo retorted, "Hmph, that man of mine, he isn't useful at all."
Hearing this the chef raised a brow and remarked, "Oh?"
Chen Liguo thought that the chef's bottom really felt good. He didn't want to let go when he touched them, so after he kneaded them a few times he started kneading the chef's waist and laughed, "Heiheihei, little beauty, don't be a cook anymore, how about you follow me."
The chef put down the vegetables and wiped away the water on his hands. He said, "Mister, I won't be polite anymore if you continue doing this!"
Chen Liguo said, "Heiheihei, I'd like to see how you'll be impolite when the time comes."
Then the chef turned around and directly picked Chen Liguo up.
With an 'aiya' Chen Liguo said he wasn't playing anymore.
The chef sneered, "Laozi is already hard and you say you're not playing anymore? Go on, shout, no one will come save you even if you shout yourself hoarse."
Chen Liguo: "……"
The chef slapped Chen Liguo's bottom with a 'pa'.
Chen Liguo quickly begged for forgiveness but the chef would not listen, saying, "If your husband can't satisfy you then let me try, see if I can satisfy you."
Chen Liguo once again realized what 'provoking trouble' was. Even when kneeling you'd have to see it through. In any case he did not get to drink the soup until night that day. When he drank it his entire person was in a stupor.
The chef even asked him if the soup tasted good.
Chen Liguo said, "Tastes good tastes good."
The chef asked, "Then will you still request for me next time mister?"
Chen Liguo cried, saying, "Yiyi I was wrong, let's not play anymore."
Zhou Yi replied, "Hmph, as soon as I came back I saw you fooling around with the chef, and you want me to forgive you just like this?"
Chen Liguo: "……"
Zhou Yi said, "I want to help you wash those marks clean!"
Hearing this Chen Liguo almost collapsed, wondering what he would do if they got addicted to this habit of acting. Why did he have to seek his death? The one to be □□ into tears, wouldn't it be himself?
Zhou Yi pounced on him with an evil grin.
A tear of remorse fell from the corner of Chen Liguo's eye. He thought, he would never role play with Zhou Yi again.
