Chapter 1302 Prune Juice For BenjaminGavin and the others were quite pleased with Benjamin's recent performance. Spotting a supermarket
not far away, a glint of excitement flashed in their eyes.
Gavin then said to Benjamin, “Mr. Graham, let us offer you a drink!”
“Yes! We'll treat you to a drink!” chimed the others in agreement.
Seeing the hopeful eyes of the children, Benjamin's heart softened. It was rare for the children to buy
him something, so naturally, he was delighted.
“Sure!” He nodded.
Benjamin took them to the supermarket, where the little ones, pushing their shopping cart, swiftly went
in to make their selections.
“No junk food allowed!” he shouted. The little ones scampered off into the distance. It was as if they
had been there countless times before, familiar with the routine.
Benjamin signaled his bodyguards to follow and protect them, and then he himself took long strides to
catch up.
The few little ones were standing in the beverage section, whispering and discussing something. Upon
spotting Benjamin and the bodyguards, they quickly swept a few bottles of drinks into the shopping cart
and went to get yogurt and fruits. By the time Benjamin caught up to them, the little ones had almost finished their shopping, filling more
than half of the shopping cart.
“We're ready!” Gavin said with a smile, looking at Benjamin, reporting in.
Benjamin glanced at the shopping cart, raising an eyebrow. “Is that all?”
“Yes. We're going to see Mommy, and some are for her!” The little ones looked at him with innocent
faces, their eyes round and curious.
Zachary pointed at the only beverage and explained, “This is juice instead of processed drink. It's really
good for your digestive system!”
Benjamin didn't see any junk food. He nodded, signaling his bodyguards to go pay the bill.
Back in the car, each of the little ones received a bottle of drink. Then, Jesse handed over a differently
packaged bottle to Benjamin.
The voice gently said, “Mr. Graham, this is the drink we bought for you!”
Benjamin didn't suspect a thing, thinking the children genuinely offered him a drink. He accepted it,
unscrewed the cap, and took a sip.
“Mmm... It's sour!” Benjamin uttered. However, it's quite appetizing.
“Right? This is a digestive drink. Isn't it really tasty?” Zachary said with a smile as he opened his ownbottle and started drinking. The bottles looked similar in design, but the flavors were different.
Benjamin was not paying attention, but he did find the drink quite tasty, so he took a few more sips.
“Your mommy should like this. Why didn't you get one for her just now?” Benjamin glanced at it,
planning to buy a bottle for Arissa next time.
“The shelves were empty. Mommy can have some yogurt!” Gavin explained innocently, his face full of
joy as he encouraged Benjamin to drink more.
“Okay!” Seeing the children happy, Benjamin drank a few more sips. There wasn't much left in the
bottle because he had already consumed more than half of it.
“Shall we head back then? Your mommy is probably waiting to eat the duck confit!” Benjamin said.
“All right. Let's head back!”
The six little ones were well-behaved, clutching their drinks, nodding their heads, their hearts filled with
joy.
After making sure they were comfortably seated, Benjamin started the car and headed back to the
hospital.
On the road, the little ones would occasionally steal glances at him. As soon as Benjamin moved his
head, they would quickly turn theirs away.
Benjamin was focused on driving, oblivious to the children's subtle actions. As they were nearing thenovelbinhospital, he felt a wave of discomfort in his stomach.
With furrowed brows, he tried his best to hold on, thankful that the hospital was not far off. Enduring the
pain, he turned the corner and parked in front of the hospital.
“You guys go ahead. I have something to take care of. I'll be up in a bit!” Benjamin urged.
Feeling a fierce rumble in his stomach, Benjamin's handsome face tightened. After instructing the
children, he hurriedly headed toward the restroom on the first floor of the hospital.
Once he had walked off into the distance, the little ones began to chatter excitedly amongst
themselves.
“Is it happening again?”
“It must be. His face has turned pale.”
“Haha!”
